【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國的整個生態(tài)環(huán)境受到很大的破壞,溫室效應(yīng)等非正常氣候時有發(fā)生,引起這些不良?xì)夂虻脑蛑痪褪翘寂欧帕康脑黾�。近幾年我國大力督促低碳化發(fā)展,在各地政府的監(jiān)督之下,取得了非常好的結(jié)果。而作為碳排放量大戶的信息通信產(chǎn)業(yè)也在低碳行動中有所作為,而信息通信產(chǎn)業(yè)低碳化發(fā)展模式也有利于通信產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,是整個通信產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的指向標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:At present, the whole ecological environment of our country has been greatly damaged. The abnormal climate such as Greenhouse Effect happens from time to time. One of the causes of these bad climate is the increase of carbon emissions. In recent years, China strongly urged the development of low-carbonization, under the supervision of local governments, achieved very good results. As a large carbon emitter, the information and communication industry has also done something in the low-carbon action, and the low-carbon development model of the information and communication industry is also conducive to the technological innovation of the communication industry, and is the direction of the development of the entire communications industry.
