可溶性有機(jī)碳在紫色土中的吸附及影響因素分析

【摘要】:吸附作用是影響土壤中可溶性有機(jī)碳(DOC)遷移轉(zhuǎn)化及生物有效性的重要過程,研究DOC在土壤中的吸附行為,對正確闡明土壤有機(jī)碳的循環(huán)和轉(zhuǎn)化特征以及污染風(fēng)險評估具有重要意義。選擇具有代表性的3種土地利用方式的紫色土為實驗材料,采用平衡吸附法研究了紫色土對分離的有機(jī)肥提取液中可溶性有機(jī)碳(DOC)的吸附特征,并分析了溫度、磷酸鹽、鐵鹽和有機(jī)質(zhì)與DOC吸附量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,原始物質(zhì)吸附等溫線方程可以反映土壤對可溶性有機(jī)碳的吸附特性,土壤對DOC的吸附量與DOC添加量呈極顯著線性關(guān)系。從原始物質(zhì)吸附等溫線方程的分配系數(shù)看,隨著溫度的升高,土壤對DOC的吸附親和力呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢,5、15、25和35℃下,土壤對DOC的平均吸附率分別為26.38%、22.68%、19.98%和19.42%,其淋失遷移問題值得被重視。磷酸鹽能抑制土壤對DOC的吸附,鐵鹽則促進(jìn)土壤對DOC的吸附。有機(jī)質(zhì)是影響土壤DOC吸附量的重要因素,用H_2O_2去除土壤部分有機(jī)質(zhì)后,土壤對DOC的吸附量明顯增大。
[Abstract]:Adsorption is an important process affecting the transport, transformation and bioavailability of soluble organic carbon (DOC) in soil, and the adsorption behavior of DOC in soil is studied. It is of great significance to correctly elucidate the characteristics of soil organic carbon cycling and transformation and pollution risk assessment. In this paper, the adsorption characteristics of purple soil to soluble organic carbon (DOC) in separated organic fertilizer extract were studied by equilibrium adsorption method, and the temperature, phosphate and temperature were analyzed. The relationship between iron salt and organic matter and DOC adsorption capacity. The results showed that the adsorption isotherm equation of the original matter could reflect the adsorption characteristics of soil soluble organic carbon, and the adsorption amount of DOC on soil was linearly correlated with the addition of DOC. According to the partition coefficient of the isotherm equation of the original matter adsorption, with the increase of temperature, the adsorption affinity of soil to DOC showed a decreasing trend at 1525 鈩,
