黃粉蟲糞基吸附劑的制備工藝優(yōu)化及其吸附性能

【摘要】:黃粉蟲養(yǎng)殖過程中,會產(chǎn)生大量的蟲糞。用黃粉蟲糞為原料制成吸附劑,并用于亞甲基藍模擬廢水的處理。研究在不同磷酸濃度W、浸泡時間t1、活化溫度T、活化時間t2等制備因素影響下,吸附劑對亞甲基藍的吸附能力。結(jié)果表明,黃粉蟲糞吸附劑最佳制備條件為:W=25 wt%,t1=10 min,T=400℃,t2=50 min。此條件下制備的吸附劑的比表面積為(589.6±2.1)m~2·g~(-1)。該吸附劑對亞甲基藍的吸附動力學符合Ho-Mc Kay模型,吸附速度控制步驟為內(nèi)擴散,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量可達117.65 mg·g-1,吸附過程為熱力學自發(fā)行為。
[Abstract]:A large amount of feces will be produced during the breeding process of powdery mildew. The adsorbent was prepared from powdery mildew dung and used in the treatment of methylene blue simulated wastewater. The adsorption capacity of methylene blue was studied under the influence of different phosphoric acid concentration, immersion time, activation temperature, activation time and so on.
