單級自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥啟動及其胞外聚合物性能

【摘要】:接種城市污水廠硝化污泥,采用模擬生活污水培養(yǎng)出單級自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥,脫氮率穩(wěn)定在84.3%左右。在不同曝氣量和進(jìn)水總氮濃度的條件下,研究了接種硝化污泥和自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥中EPS的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和組分變化及其對污泥沉降性能的影響,并分析了EPS與出水氮濃度之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:接種污泥中結(jié)合型EPS(BEPS)和溶解型EPS(SEPS)含量分別為82.28和17.91 mg/g VSS,自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥中BEPS和SEPS分別為112.72和7.83 mg/g VSS,后者BEPS所占比例較大,SEPS的含量較少。這是由于BEPS在顆粒污泥中相對穩(wěn)定,并且低進(jìn)水COD濃度造成顆粒污泥SEPS含量降低,從而使得顆粒污泥絮凝結(jié)合能力更好。接種污泥的EPS主要組分為多糖(70.83%),而成熟自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥的EPS主要成分為蛋白質(zhì)(83.72%)。自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥的SVI為54.72 m L/g,泥水分離效果較好。SVI與EPS的相似變化趨勢反映了EPS對自養(yǎng)脫氮顆粒污泥絮凝沉降的重要影響。
[Abstract]:The single stage autotrophic denitrification granular sludge was cultivated with simulated domestic sewage and the nitrogen removal rate was about 84.3% after inoculation with nitrified sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant. Under the conditions of different aeration rate and influent total nitrogen concentration, the chemical structure and composition of EPS in nitrifying sludge and autotrophic denitrification granular sludge and their effects on sludge settling performance were studied. The relationship between EPS and effluent nitrogen concentration was analyzed. The results showed that the contents of BEPS and SEPS in inoculated sludge were 82.28 and 17.91 mg/g / s, respectively, and the contents of BEPS and SEPS in autotrophic granular sludge were 112.72 and 7.83 mg/g, respectively. The content of BEPS in the latter was relatively small. This is due to the relative stability of BEPS in granular sludge and the decrease of SEPS content in granular sludge due to the low influent COD concentration, which makes the flocculating ability of granular sludge better. The main component of EPS inoculated sludge was polysaccharide 70.83%, while the main component of EPS of mature autotrophic nitrogen removal granular sludge was protein 83.72%. The SVI of autotrophic nitrogen removal granular sludge was 54.72 mL / g, and the similar trend between SVI and EPS reflected the important influence of EPS on flocculation settlement of autotrophic nitrogen removal granular sludge.
