【摘要】：馬克思主義生態(tài)觀,是馬克思主義基本理論的重要組成部分,是指導(dǎo)當(dāng)代科學(xué)技術(shù)高度發(fā)展,工業(yè)化、城市化迅猛推進(jìn)等現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中人類實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)生存、發(fā)展的重要理論武器、行動(dòng)指南。阿拉善盟做為北疆生態(tài)屏障的重要組成部分,其生態(tài)文明建設(shè)面臨極大挑戰(zhàn)。本研究以馬克思主義生態(tài)觀為指導(dǎo),以阿拉善盟生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的調(diào)查研究為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)其中存在的主要問題,以及造成問題的主要原因,進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,初步提出了有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。本研究共包括四個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容：第一部分為緒論部分。主要包括三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容：論文的選題背景、意義；文獻(xiàn)綜述；本研究的視角、方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分闡釋了馬克思恩格斯生態(tài)思想,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新中國(guó)成立后歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)于人與自然關(guān)系的探索,以及在實(shí)踐中提出的有關(guān)解決生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的理論思想,闡述馬克思主義生態(tài)觀中國(guó)化的進(jìn)程和其中的生態(tài)意蘊(yùn),主要包括兩個(gè)方面內(nèi)容：一是馬克思恩格斯的生態(tài)觀；二是中國(guó)化的馬克思主義生態(tài)觀。第三部分介紹了阿拉善盟的盟情及其生態(tài)文明建設(shè)概況。這一部分包括兩個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容：首先,從自然地理和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)其盟情進(jìn)行整體介紹。其次,對(duì)阿拉善地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)取得的成效和存在的問題給予了概括性的介紹,認(rèn)為,阿拉善盟在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)方面取得了較好的成績(jī),但也存在一定的問題。這些問題包括：生態(tài)文明建設(shè)體系有待完善、生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱,形勢(shì)不容樂觀。第四部分闡述了以馬克思主義生態(tài)觀指導(dǎo)阿拉善地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、以及對(duì)該地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議。認(rèn)為：馬克思主義生態(tài)觀對(duì)阿拉善地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。阿拉善盟應(yīng)以馬克思主義生態(tài)觀理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用科學(xué)的發(fā)展理念,完善制度建設(shè),采取有效行動(dòng),以推動(dòng)該地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。本研究對(duì)阿拉善地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有一定的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,同時(shí),對(duì)其他類似地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Marxist ecological view is an important part of the basic theory of Marxism. It is a guide to the high development of modern science and technology, industrialization, urbanization and other modernization process to achieve sustainable survival. An important theoretical weapon for development, a guide to action. Alashan League, as an important part of ecological barrier in northern Xinjiang, faces great challenges in the construction of ecological civilization. Guided by Marxist ecological view and based on the investigation and research on the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan League, this study systematically combs and analyzes the main problems and the main causes of the problems. On the basis of this, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This research includes four parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly includes three aspects: background, significance, literature review, perspective, method and innovation of this research. The second part explains Marx and Engels' ecological thought, and on this basis, combined with the exploration of the relationship between man and nature by successive leaders after the founding of New China, as well as the theory thought about solving the ecological environment problem put forward in practice. This paper expounds the process and ecological implication of the Sinicization of Marxist ecological view, which mainly includes two aspects: one is Marx and Engels' ecological view; the other is the Sinicized Marxist ecological view. The third part introduces the alliance of Alashan League and the general situation of ecological civilization construction. This part includes two aspects: first, from the natural geography and socio-economic two aspects of the overall introduction of its alliance. Secondly, the paper gives a general introduction to the achievements and problems in the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan region, and holds that Alashan League has made good achievements in the construction of ecological civilization, but there are still some problems. These problems include: ecological civilization construction system to be improved, ecological environment fragile, the situation is not optimistic. The fourth part expounds the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan area under the guidance of Marxist ecological view, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ecological civilization in this area. It is believed that Marxist ecological view has important guiding significance for the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan region. Under the guidance of Marxist ecological view theory, Alashan League should use scientific development idea, perfect system construction and take effective action to promote the construction of ecological civilization in this area. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan area, and also has certain reference significance for the construction of ecological civilization in other similar areas.
