微波脫硝煤基炭的選擇與性能研究

【摘要】:采用微波輻照4種煤基炭進(jìn)行脫硝性能的研究,從中選取一種最佳。分別考察了250 W微波功率和停留時(shí)間2.5 s條件下,4種未活化、硝酸氧化活化和Na OH活化煤基炭對(duì)NO的脫除率?疾炝斯β屎屯A魰r(shí)間對(duì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)最佳煤基炭脫硝性能的影響。采用工業(yè)分析、元素分析、BET對(duì)煤基炭進(jìn)行了表面結(jié)構(gòu)分析,采用FT-IR,SEM,XRD對(duì)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,結(jié)果表明:二號(hào)煤基炭在本實(shí)驗(yàn)中展現(xiàn)出最佳的脫硝性能,Na OH活化的煤基炭脫硝率高達(dá)98.56%;二號(hào)煤基炭的最佳脫硝功率和停留時(shí)間為250 W和2.5 s。
[Abstract]:The denitrification performance of four kinds of coal-based carbon irradiated by microwave was studied and one of them was selected as the best. The removal rates of no from coal based carbon activated by nitric acid oxidation and NaOH activation were investigated under 250 W microwave power and 2.5 s residence time respectively. The effects of power and residence time on the performance of coal-based carbon denitrification were investigated. The surface structure of coal based carbon was analyzed by industrial analysis and elemental analysis (BET), and the microstructure was characterized by FT-IR SEMX XRD. The results show that No.2 coal based carbon has the best denitrification performance in this experiment. The denitrification rate of coal based carbon activated by NaOH is up to 98.56 and the optimum denitrification power and residence time of coal based carbon No. 2 are 250 W and 2.5 s.
