【摘要】：伴隨著城市化的發(fā)展,中國城市的生態(tài)問題也愈來愈加嚴重。經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展、人口的急劇膨脹、尤其是城鎮(zhèn)土地的快速擴張,都對城市區(qū)域生態(tài)造成了巨大的壓力。作為人類社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和自然資本,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)對人類的福利具有重要的不可替代性。因此,客觀地認識城市化進程中流轉(zhuǎn)土地的生態(tài)屬性,對城市生態(tài)區(qū)域的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值(Ecosystem service value,ESV)進行評估并分析其變化與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文從城市化進程中土地流轉(zhuǎn)對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值的影響出發(fā),以Costanza等人(1997)的研究為基礎(chǔ),以中國廈門市為例進行了ESV實例研究,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在中國當(dāng)前的土地管理體系下,土地流轉(zhuǎn)時,考慮土地的生態(tài)屬性能夠減少社會的福利損失,體現(xiàn)了土地的生態(tài)價值。(2)廈門市在2002-2012年間的城市化引起了土地格局的巨大變化,進而導(dǎo)致了廈門市ESV呈現(xiàn)了先上升后下降的趨勢,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展影響顯著。(3)廈門市的ESV與綠色GDP的變換呈現(xiàn)簡單的反向關(guān)系,但是2003-2012年間廈門市的綠色GDP的正面效應(yīng)很高。本文考慮了土地的生態(tài)屬性,指出了廈門市保護濕地、森林、農(nóng)田等生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要性和必要性,更進一步分析了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值與綠色GDP之間的關(guān)系,強調(diào)了生態(tài)環(huán)境與城市化的和諧發(fā)展。為城市化和生態(tài)的和諧發(fā)展提供了一個新的視角。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the ecological problems of Chinese cities are becoming more and more serious. The rapid development of economy and the rapid expansion of population, especially the rapid expansion of urban land, have caused great pressure on urban regional ecology. As the material foundation and natural capital of the sustainable development of human society, ecosystem service plays an important and irreplaceable role in human welfare. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to understand objectively the ecological attributes of land circulation in the process of urbanization, to evaluate the ecosystem service value of urban ecological regions and to analyze the relationship between the changes and economic development. In this paper, based on the study of Costanza et al.'s 1997) and the effect of land transfer on ecosystem service value in the process of urbanization, a case study of ESV is carried out in Xiamen, China, as an example. The results show that under the current land management system in China, considering the ecological attributes of land can reduce the loss of social welfare. The ecological value of land. (2) the urbanization of Xiamen City between 2002 and 2012 resulted in a great change of land pattern, which led to the trend of ESV rising first and then decreasing. The value of ecosystem services was significantly affected by economic development. (3) the transformation of ESV and green GDP in Xiamen showed a simple reverse relationship, but the positive effect of green GDP in Xiamen from 2003 to 2012 was very high. In this paper, the ecological properties of land are considered, and the importance and necessity of protecting wetland, forest and farmland in Xiamen are pointed out, and the relationship between ecosystem service value and green GDP is further analyzed. The harmonious development of ecological environment and urbanization is emphasized. It provides a new perspective for the harmonious development of urbanization and ecology.
