【摘要】：本文介紹了UASB+SBR好氧生化處理高濃度釀酒廢水的工程實(shí)例,從廢水特點(diǎn)、水質(zhì)水量、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、沼氣回收系統(tǒng)安全性、調(diào)試運(yùn)行、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)及實(shí)際運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題等方面分別進(jìn)行了論述。經(jīng)過多年運(yùn)行,該工藝具有穩(wěn)定可靠、安全、有機(jī)物去除率高、沼氣產(chǎn)量大、污泥產(chǎn)量少等特點(diǎn),其出水水質(zhì)可達(dá)到國家行業(yè)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。另外,本工程通過回收沼氣可獲得可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。同時(shí),文章對(duì)沼氣回收利用的安全問題進(jìn)行了深入論證。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces an engineering example of UASB SBR aerobic biochemical treatment of high concentration distilling wastewater. The characteristics of wastewater, quantity of water quality, process design, safety of biogas recovery system, commissioning and operation are introduced.The main economic indicators and the existing problems in the actual operation are discussed respectively.After many years of operation, the process has the characteristics of stability and reliability, safety, high removal rate of organic matter, large production of biogas and less production of sludge, etc. The effluent quality of the process can meet the national discharge standard.In addition, the project can obtain considerable economic benefits by recovering biogas.At the same time, the safety of biogas recovery and utilization is discussed in depth.
