基于BIM技術(shù)的建設項目全生命周期環(huán)境影響評價研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)每年的資源消耗量和溫室氣體排放量幾乎占了全球總量的一半,因此如何采取有效手段減少建筑對環(huán)境的影響具有重要的意義。目前,將全壽命周期評價方法應用于規(guī)劃設計階段仍然存在著缺乏有效的數(shù)據(jù)信息、工作量大、標準不統(tǒng)一等缺陷。鑒于BIM和LCA在建筑性能模擬評價方面具有的強大優(yōu)勢,本文主要從集成BIM-LCA的角度研究,以BIM數(shù)據(jù)交換標準IFC作為媒介,將BIM模型中的數(shù)據(jù)提取至LCA軟件中進行環(huán)境影響的分析和評價。論文基于全生命周期理論、建筑環(huán)境影響評價理論和BIM技術(shù),采用文獻法、比較法分析了建筑環(huán)境影響評價的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,對主流建筑環(huán)境評價軟件的功能和優(yōu)缺點進行了比較分析,研究了BIM模型與LCA整合的前提和基礎,提出了基于BIM技術(shù)的建設項目全生命周期環(huán)評系統(tǒng)的概念模型,明確了LCA作為系統(tǒng)環(huán)境影響評價內(nèi)核的必要性。在對BIM-LCA系統(tǒng)功能分析的基礎上,研究了基于IFC標準的建設項目全生命周期環(huán)境影響評價的信息傳遞方式。通過Access數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和Tally插件的使用,驗證了BIM-LCA的可行性,為BIM-LCA全面整合提供借鑒和指導。由于時間及水平有限,雖然論文從總體上提出了基于BIM的LCA評價框架模型,并設計了系統(tǒng)功能及程序界面,但局限于我國LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫的缺乏、與國際環(huán)境評價標準的不完全一致以及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的復雜性,完整獨立運行的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)尚需時日。后期需要完成的工作是在建立完善本土化的LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫的基礎上,開發(fā)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和云端技術(shù)的BIM-LCA系統(tǒng)程序。
[Abstract]:The construction industry accounts for almost half of the global total annual resource consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, so how to take effective measures to reduce the impact of construction on the environment is of great significance.At present, the application of life-cycle evaluation method in planning and design still has some defects, such as lack of effective data information, heavy workload, inconsistent standards, and so on.In view of the strong advantages of BIM and LCA in building performance simulation evaluation, this paper mainly studies from the point of view of integrated BIM-LCA, taking BIM data exchange standard IFC as the medium.The data from BIM model are extracted into LCA software for environmental impact analysis and evaluation.Based on the whole life cycle theory, building environmental impact assessment theory and BIM technology, this paper analyzes the current research situation and existing problems of environmental impact assessment at home and abroad by using literature method and comparative method.This paper compares and analyzes the functions, advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream building environment assessment software, studies the premise and foundation of the integration of BIM model and LCA, and puts forward the concept model of the whole life cycle environmental assessment system of construction project based on BIM technology.The necessity of LCA as the kernel of system environmental impact assessment is clarified.Based on the analysis of the function of BIM-LCA system, the information transfer method of the whole life cycle environmental impact assessment of construction project based on IFC standard is studied.Through the establishment of Access database and the use of Tally plug-in, the feasibility of BIM-LCA is verified, which provides reference and guidance for the overall integration of BIM-LCA.Because of the limited time and level, although the paper puts forward the LCA evaluation framework model based on BIM, and designs the system function and program interface, it is limited to the lack of LCA database in our country.Because of the inconsistency of the international environmental assessment standards and the complexity of the system implementation, it will take time for the system to develop completely and independently.The later work to be done is to develop the BIM-LCA system program based on the Internet of things and cloud technology on the basis of establishing and perfecting the native LCA database.
