【摘要】：廢水中恩諾沙星濃度為2~200 mg/L,采用滅活和活性厭氧顆粒污泥進(jìn)行吸附,研究了吸附平衡時(shí)間和p H值對吸附的影響,以及在20、30、40℃條件下,厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附等溫曲線。結(jié)果表明,活性厭氧顆粒污泥與失活厭氧顆粒污泥的吸附規(guī)律基本一致。失活厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附基本在6 h內(nèi)達(dá)到吸附平衡,去除率維持在95.0%~97.0%;p H值在3~9范圍內(nèi),吸附效果基本沒有變化,去除率為93.6%~97.4%,當(dāng)p H值大于9時(shí),吸附效果明顯減低,去除率僅為60.7%;在20~40℃條件下,失活厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附量會(huì)隨溫度的升高而降低,且失活厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附都符合Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程,其中Langmuir方程能更好的擬合失活厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附,說明失活厭氧顆粒污泥對恩諾沙星的吸附為單分子層吸附,不存在復(fù)雜的螯合以及絡(luò)合作用。
[Abstract]:The concentration of enrofloxacin in wastewater was 2 ~ 200 mg 路L ~ (-1). The effects of adsorption equilibrium time and pH value on adsorption were studied by inactivated and activated anaerobic granular sludge.Isothermal adsorption curve of enrofloxacin by anaerobic granular sludge.The results showed that the adsorption rules of activated anaerobic granular sludge and deactivated anaerobic granular sludge were basically consistent.The adsorption efficiency of enrofloxacin was significantly decreased, the removal rate was only 60.7 and the adsorption capacity of enrofloxacin to enrofloxacin decreased with the increase of temperature at 20 ~ 40 鈩，
