麥田土壤中抗鉛菌株篩選及其吸附特性的研究

【摘要】:為研究鉛污染土壤中微生物對重金屬鉛的耐受性及去除效果,從鉛污染土壤中分離、篩選出2株抗鉛菌株(BY-10和FB-6),研究其對鉛的吸附特性、最佳生長條件,并對其進行鑒定。結(jié)果表明:菌株BY-10和FB-6分別為蠟狀芽孢桿菌和團青霉。它們對鉛的耐受質(zhì)量濃度分別高達1 700,2 500 mg/L。菌株的生長條件范圍較廣,蠟狀芽孢桿菌最適溫度為35℃,團青霉最適溫度為30℃;最適p H值均為7;最適裝液量均為80~100 m L(250 m L搖瓶)。在初始鉛質(zhì)量濃度為0~600 mg/L內(nèi),隨著濃度增加,菌株生長逐漸減緩,在≥400 mg/L的鉛培養(yǎng)液中,團青霉與蠟狀芽孢桿菌相比對鉛的耐受性較強。在鉛質(zhì)量濃度一定時,隨著生長時間的延長,菌株對鉛的吸附率表現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢,生物吸附量表現(xiàn)出同樣趨勢。而生長時間一定時,隨著鉛質(zhì)量濃度的不斷升高,菌株的吸附率逐漸降低,生物吸附量呈上升趨勢。在鉛質(zhì)量濃度為150 mg/L時,蠟狀芽孢桿菌和團青霉對鉛的去除率達到最大,分別為66.25%和74.88%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the tolerance and removal efficiency of microbes to heavy metal lead in lead-contaminated soil, two lead resistant strains, BY-10 and FB-6, were isolated from lead-contaminated soil, and their adsorption characteristics, optimum growth conditions and identification were studied.The results showed that BY-10 and FB-6 were Bacillus cereus and Penicillium tuber, respectively.Their tolerance to lead was as high as 1 700 mg / L, 2 500 mg / L, respectively.The optimum temperature of Bacillus cereus was 35 鈩,
