湯河水庫浮游植物群落特征及影響因素分析

【摘要】:2015年5-10月對湯河水庫6個點位的樣品進行浮游植物和理化指標的鑒定分析,獲得了水庫浮游植物群落特征的詳細資料。共鑒定出浮游植物110種(包括變種變型),隸屬7門55屬,細胞密度變化范圍為314.4×10~4~927.0×10~4cells/L,夏季高于春秋兩季,空間分布無明顯差異,水庫的主要優(yōu)勢種為尖針桿藻。使用SPSS16.0對浮游植物與理化指標的相關(guān)性進行分析,結(jié)果顯示水溫、pH與浮游植物密度的變化呈極顯著正相關(guān)(p0.01)。對浮游植物和環(huán)境因子做CCA分析,以溫度、pH、DO、TN、EC對主要浮游植物的密度影響最為顯著。利用多種指標對水庫水質(zhì)進行了生態(tài)學(xué)評價,水生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量綜合指數(shù)顯示水庫狀況為健康,依據(jù)生物多樣性指數(shù)評價水體,水庫處于中污染狀態(tài),綜合營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)指數(shù)顯示全年為中營養(yǎng)水平。
[Abstract]:The phytoplankton and physicochemical indexes of 6 sites of Tanghe Reservoir were identified and analyzed from May to October 2015, and the detailed data of phytoplankton community were obtained.A total of 110 phytoplankton species (including varieties and forms, belonging to 7 phyla and 55 genera) were identified. The cell density varied from 314.4 脳 10 ~ (4) to 927.0 脳 10 ~ (4) cells / L in summer, which was higher than that in spring and autumn. There was no significant difference in spatial distribution.The correlation between phytoplankton and phytoplankton index was analyzed by SPSS16.0. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between pH and phytoplankton density.According to CCA analysis of phytoplankton and environmental factors, the effect of temperature and pH on the density of main phytoplankton was most significant.The ecological evaluation of reservoir water quality is carried out by using various indexes. The comprehensive index of water ecological environment quality shows that the reservoir is healthy. The water body is evaluated according to biodiversity index, and the reservoir is in the condition of medium pollution.The comprehensive nutritional state index showed that the whole year was medium nutrition level.
