萊茵衣藻Chlammydomonas reinhardtii凈化酒糟廢水研究

【摘要】:通過結(jié)合廢水處理與能源微藻培養(yǎng),既可以實現(xiàn)廢水的無害化處理,也可以為微藻的培養(yǎng)提供營養(yǎng)組分和大量水源.以萊茵衣藻(Chlammydomonas reinhardtii)為實驗材料,以酒糟廢水為培養(yǎng)基,構(gòu)建室內(nèi)微型生態(tài)系統(tǒng),考察了不同處理方法下的酒糟廢水接種萊茵衣藻后的總氮(TN)、總磷(TP)、化學需氧量(COD)的去除情況以及微藻蛋白提取情況.結(jié)果表明:酒糟廢水稀釋液初始TN質(zhì)量濃度位于9.39~30.86 mg·L-1時,廢水總氮去除率在70%~80%之間;初始TP質(zhì)量濃度位于3.45~10.93 mg·L-1時,總磷去除率較高,最高達到86.59%;不同稀釋倍數(shù)的酒糟廢水COD去除率均高于50%.而稀釋80倍、50倍以及50倍(氮磷質(zhì)量濃度比為108∶7)的藻可溶性蛋白增長均比較明顯,最大值可達到11.36 mg·L-1,同時也說明通過外加氮、磷調(diào)節(jié)氮磷的初始質(zhì)量濃度比至108∶7,可大大提高其產(chǎn)量.總體上,在稀釋倍數(shù)為50倍(TN、TP初始質(zhì)量濃度分別為18.23、6.99 mg·L-1)時,萊茵衣藻生長良好,廢水中TN、TP、COD去除效果均比較明顯,對水質(zhì)的凈化效果最佳,同時可獲得較高質(zhì)量濃度的藻可溶性蛋白,這為酒糟廢水與微藻耦合規(guī);囵B(yǎng)提供了一種新的思路.
[Abstract]:By combining wastewater treatment with energy microalgae culture, it can not only realize the harmless treatment of wastewater, but also provide nutrient components and a large amount of water for the cultivation of microalgae.Using Chlammydomonas reinhardtii (Chlammydomonas reinhardtii) as experimental material and distillery wastewater as culture medium, an indoor micro-ecosystem was constructed.The removal of total nitrogen (TNN), total phosphorus (TP) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from distiller's grains wastewater after inoculation with Chlamydomonas rhinorrhoeae and the extraction of microalgae protein were investigated.The results showed that when the initial TN concentration of distiller's grains wastewater was 9.39 ~ 30.86 mg 路L ~ (-1), the removal rate of total nitrogen was between 70% and 80%, and the total phosphorus removal rate was higher when the initial TP concentration was 3.45 ~ 10.93 mg 路L ~ (-1).The COD removal rate of distiller's grains wastewater with different dilution times was higher than that of 50%.However, 80 times dilution 50 times and 50 times (nitrogen / phosphorus mass concentration ratio of 108: 7) increased the soluble protein obviously, and the maximum value reached 11.36 mg / L, which also indicated that the addition of nitrogen,When phosphorus adjusts the initial mass concentration ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus to 108: 7, the yield can be greatly increased.On the whole, when the dilution multiple was 50 times, the initial concentration of TNN TP was 18.23 ~ 6.99 mg 路L ~ (-1), the growth of Chlamydomonas rhinella was good, and the removal efficiency of TPCOD in wastewater was obvious, and the purification effect was the best for water quality.At the same time, a higher concentration of algae soluble protein can be obtained, which provides a new way for coupling large-scale culture of distiller's grains wastewater and microalgae.
