【摘要】：文章通過構(gòu)建長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)的指標(biāo)體系及協(xié)調(diào)度發(fā)展模型,對2004-2013年協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度進(jìn)行計(jì)算及時(shí)空演變分析。結(jié)果表明:在時(shí)間上,長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈"U"型特征,先下降,后上升;區(qū)域綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度整體呈階段性特征。在空間上,綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)由東向西遞減的趨勢,東部的上海、浙江、江蘇的綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度最高,中部次之,西部的云南、貴州的綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度最低,且各城市之間的空間差異性逐漸縮小。此外,還從宏觀政策調(diào)控、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、區(qū)域布局優(yōu)化等進(jìn)行時(shí)空分析,指出了在上述因素的影響下,經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)性逐漸提高,但由于長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶所轄城市較多、區(qū)域差異較大、產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)等現(xiàn)象的存在,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,突破行政壁壘,實(shí)現(xiàn)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化建設(shè),進(jìn)而推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展仍是未來發(fā)展的重中之重。
[Abstract]:By constructing the index system and coordination development model of the economic subsystem and environment subsystem of the Yangtze River economic belt, this paper calculates the degree of coordinated development and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution of the degree of coordinated development from 2004 to 2013.The results show that, in time, the comprehensive development degree of economy and environment in the Yangtze River economic belt is of "U" type, which decreases at first and then rises, and the overall comprehensive and coordinated development degree of the region presents a stage characteristic.In space, the level of comprehensive and coordinated development shows a decreasing trend from east to west. Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu in the east have the highest degree of comprehensive and coordinated development, followed by central China, and Yunnan and Guizhou in the west have the lowest degree of comprehensive and coordinated development.And the spatial difference between the cities gradually narrowed.In addition, the spatio-temporal analysis of macro-policy control, industrial structure upgrading and regional layout optimization is also carried out. It is pointed out that under the influence of the above-mentioned factors, the coordination between economy and environment has gradually improved, but due to the fact that there are many cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze Economic Belt,With the existence of regional differences and industrial isomorphism, it is still the most important task in the future to change the mode of economic development, break through administrative barriers, realize the construction of economic integration of the Yangtze River, and then promote the coordinated development of economy and environment.
