【摘要】：近年來國內(nèi)汽車工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展引起了國內(nèi)汽車保有量急劇增加。截至2014年底,汽車保有量已達到1.54億輛。龐大的汽車保有量預(yù)示著巨大的汽車報廢量。由退役汽車引起的物質(zhì)資源、能源緊缺和環(huán)境惡化等問題將嚴重制約汽車工業(yè)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,對其回收處理十分必要。退役汽車產(chǎn)品的回收處理方式包括原材料回收、再制造和廢棄處理,對回收處理方式進行評價研究具有重要意義。傳統(tǒng)的評價方法并未考慮到評價模型中同一層次元素間的相互影響,也未涉及下層元素對上層元素的反饋作用。針對此問題,本文采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法對退役汽車產(chǎn)品回收處理方案的評價進行研究,研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下三個方面。在對回收處理流程和網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)等相關(guān)理論的研究基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一種針對退役汽車產(chǎn)品回收處理方式的評價指標(biāo)體系,并對每個指標(biāo)作了詳細說明。利用建立的評價指標(biāo)體系,充分考慮指標(biāo)之間的相互影響關(guān)系,包括內(nèi)部影響和下層元素對上層元素的反饋作用,構(gòu)建了一種ANP評價模型,對評價模型的算法過程進行了詳細分析。其中,經(jīng)濟性準(zhǔn)則權(quán)重的計算采用單位成本收益的方法。最后,以某回收處理廠回收退役汽車產(chǎn)品為例,實例驗證方法的有效性,并進行了靈敏度分析。靈敏度分析結(jié)果表明汽車回收處理廠應(yīng)該大力發(fā)展原材料回收和再制造技術(shù),提高退役汽車產(chǎn)品的回收利用率,充分挖掘其經(jīng)濟價值,盡量避免采用廢棄處理的方式,以節(jié)約資源,減少對環(huán)境造成的污染。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of domestic automobile industry has caused a sharp increase in domestic automobile ownership.By the end of 2014, the number of cars has reached 154 million.The large number of cars indicates a huge amount of car scraps.The problems of material resources, energy shortage and environmental deterioration caused by decommissioned vehicles will seriously restrict the sustainable development of automobile industry, and it is necessary to recycle them.The recycling methods of retired automobile products include raw material recovery, remanufacturing and waste treatment. It is of great significance to evaluate the recycling treatment methods.The traditional evaluation method does not take into account the interaction between the elements of the same level in the evaluation model, nor does it involve the feedback effect of the lower layer elements on the upper layer elements.In order to solve this problem, this paper uses network analysis method to study the evaluation of the recovery treatment scheme of retired automobile products, which mainly includes the following three aspects.On the basis of the research on the process of recycling and the theory of Analytic Network process Network (ANPs), an evaluation index system for the recovery and treatment of retired automobile products is constructed, and each index is explained in detail.Based on the established evaluation index system, a ANP evaluation model is constructed by taking into account the interaction between the indicators, including the internal influence and the feedback of the lower layer elements to the upper elements.The algorithm process of evaluation model is analyzed in detail.Among them, the economic criterion weight calculation adopts the unit cost income method.Finally, taking a recycling plant as an example, the effectiveness of the method is verified and sensitivity analysis is carried out.The sensitivity analysis results show that the automobile recycling treatment plant should develop the technology of raw material recovery and remanufacture, improve the recovery efficiency of retired automobile products, fully excavate its economic value, and avoid the waste treatment as far as possible.In order to save resources and reduce pollution to the environment.
