頁巖氣井場優(yōu)勢復(fù)合菌的構(gòu)建及降解條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:將頁巖氣井場多株放線菌和細(xì)菌排列組合成30種復(fù)合菌進(jìn)行降解實驗,篩選出有機(jī)烴類降解優(yōu)勢復(fù)合菌,同時采用單因素變化降解實驗和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計相結(jié)合的方法優(yōu)化降解條件。研究表明:有機(jī)烴類降解復(fù)合菌F3+R7降解效果最好,12天降解率高達(dá)84.1%,降解了正十三烷等20種有機(jī)烴類成分物質(zhì);初始pH值7、溫度31℃、初始有機(jī)烴類廢棄物濃度14 g/L、氮磷比9∶1為最佳降解條件。
[Abstract]:A series of actinomycetes and bacteria were arranged and combined into 30 kinds of compound bacteria in shale gas well field for degradation experiment, and the dominant compound bacteria for organic hydrocarbon degradation were screened out. At the same time, the degradation conditions were optimized by the combination of single factor change degradation experiment and mathematical statistics. The results showed that the degradation efficiency of organic hydrocarbon degradation complex strain F3R7 was as high as 84.1% in 12 days, and n-tridecane et al. 20 was degraded.
