工程巖土環(huán)境由于受自然環(huán)境與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的雙重控制而形成一個(gè)開放復(fù)雜的巨系統(tǒng) ,以此為研究對(duì)象的環(huán)境巖土工程學(xué) ,作為一門新興邊緣科學(xué) ,其發(fā)展與壯大 ,需要從一開始就研究它與現(xiàn)代科學(xué)許多新的理論和技術(shù)相互有機(jī)滲透的問題 ,來建立與之相適應(yīng)的新基礎(chǔ)理論體系 ,本文就環(huán)境巖土工程基礎(chǔ)理論體系的建立及其特色進(jìn)行初步探討。

Based on site investigation of existed solid garbage buried site in Chongqing City, the geotechnical environmental problems in garbage site were analyzed. Some suggestions on solving such problems were given. Results of investigation show that the slope of most of buried sites are stable at present, but with further piling of garbage, there should be effective measures taken for its stability. [

本文從固體垃圾數(shù)量及其組成成份、垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀和固體垃圾場(chǎng)的巖土環(huán)境三方面 ,對(duì)重慶市城區(qū)現(xiàn)有固體垃圾處理場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查研究 ,分析了垃圾場(chǎng)存在的巖土環(huán)境問題 ,并提出了相應(yīng)的處理建議。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明 ,絕大部分填埋場(chǎng)的堆填邊坡目前是穩(wěn)定的 ,但隨著垃圾的繼續(xù)堆放 ,應(yīng)注意采取一定的有效措施 ,以保證其穩(wěn)定性。
