浙江省浙西重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境遙感評價及變化分析

【摘要】:重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)是指承擔(dān)水源涵養(yǎng)、防風(fēng)固沙、碳固定和生物多樣性維護(hù)等重要生態(tài)功能,在維持生態(tài)平衡、促進(jìn)社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮重要效用的區(qū)域。本文以浙江省浙西重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)為研究對象,基于RS與GIS技術(shù),利用浙江省生態(tài)環(huán)境遙感調(diào)查與評價數(shù)據(jù)庫中的數(shù)據(jù),全面分析2000年~2010年十年內(nèi)浙西重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)域內(nèi)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)格局、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量、生態(tài)服務(wù)功能、生態(tài)環(huán)境脅迫的現(xiàn)狀與變化特征,并綜合評估其生態(tài)環(huán)境十年變化。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成與格局:浙西區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成類型主要是森林,其次是農(nóng)田和濕地。浙西區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平較低,但十年來城鎮(zhèn)用地增長迅速,擴(kuò)張過程中主要占用農(nóng)田,以及森林、草地、濕地等,導(dǎo)致浙西區(qū)內(nèi)自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)面積持續(xù)減少。十年來浙西區(qū)各級各類生態(tài)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)換速度在不斷加快,景觀格局呈集聚化趨勢,總體上趨于轉(zhuǎn)好。(2)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量:浙西區(qū)森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生物量相對密度以較低和中等級為主,森林質(zhì)量偏低,但有較大提升。植被覆蓋度以優(yōu)質(zhì)等級為主,面積比例高達(dá)90%,十年間略有下降。凈初級生產(chǎn)力略微下降。(3)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能:浙西區(qū)生物生境質(zhì)量總體上較好,以優(yōu)質(zhì)等級為主,生物多樣性維持功能較強(qiáng),十年間基本保持穩(wěn)定,略有下降。碳儲量和水源涵養(yǎng)功能以較高等級為主,十年間基本保持穩(wěn)定,略有上升。(4)生態(tài)脅迫:十年間,浙西區(qū)總?cè)丝诿芏刃》黾?城鎮(zhèn)人口密度與GDP密度增長明顯,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,污染物排放強(qiáng)度也有所上升。總體上人類活動對生態(tài)環(huán)境的脅迫明顯增強(qiáng)。(5)生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合評估:2000年~2010年,浙西區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量和生態(tài)服務(wù)功能持續(xù)增長,同時生態(tài)系統(tǒng)格局轉(zhuǎn)好,但人類活動對生態(tài)環(huán)境的脅迫也在不斷加強(qiáng)。總體上浙西重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)效果明顯,生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合質(zhì)量為高等級,并基本保持穩(wěn)定,變化很小。
[Abstract]:Important ecological functional areas are those that undertake important ecological functions such as water conservation, windbreak and sand fixation, carbon fixation and biodiversity maintenance, and maintain ecological balance. This paper takes the important ecological function area of Zhejiang Province as the research object, based on RS and GIS technology, using the data from the remote sensing survey and evaluation database of ecological environment in Zhejiang Province. The present situation and changing characteristics of ecological system pattern, ecosystem quality, ecological service function and ecological environment stress in the important ecological function areas in western Zhejiang during the decade from 2000 to 2010 were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the composition and pattern of ecosystem are mainly forest, followed by farmland and wetland, and the urbanization level of western Zhejiang is low. But over the past decade, urban land has grown rapidly, and the expansion has mainly occupied farmland, as well as forests, grasslands, wetlands, and so on. As a result, the area of natural ecosystem in the western Zhejiang region continues to decrease. In the past ten years, the conversion rate of all kinds of ecosystems at all levels in the western part of Zhejiang Province has been speeding up, and the landscape pattern shows a trend of concentration. The relative density of forest ecosystem biomass in western Zhejiang was mainly low and medium grade, the forest quality was low, but the forest quality was higher, and the vegetation coverage was mainly of good quality. Net primary productivity decreased slightly. Net primary productivity decreased slightly.) ecosystem service function: the quality of biological habitat in western Zhejiang was good, mainly in quality grade, and the maintenance function of biodiversity was stronger, the area ratio was as high as 90%, and the net primary productivity decreased slightly in the past ten years. The carbon storage and water conservation function were mainly in the higher grade, and remained stable in the past ten years, and increased slightly. 4) Ecological stress: during the decade, the density of the total population in the western part of Zhejiang increased slightly, and the total population density increased slightly in the past ten years. Urban population density and GDP density increased obviously, social economy developed rapidly, and pollutant emission intensity also increased. On the whole, the stress of human activities on ecological environment was obviously strengthened. 5) Comprehensive ecological environment assessment: from 2000 to 2010, The quality of ecosystem and the function of ecological service in western Zhejiang increased continuously, while the pattern of ecosystem became better, but the stress of human activities on ecological environment was also strengthened. In general, the effect of ecological environment protection in important ecological function areas of western Zhejiang was obvious. The ecological environment comprehensive quality is high grade, and basically maintains the stability, the change is very small.
