【摘要】：伴隨社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們消費(fèi)水平不斷提高,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代越來(lái)越快,便產(chǎn)生了大量的廢棄物,特別是城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,使城市廢棄物劇增,對(duì)環(huán)境帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重危害,因此,城市生活廢棄物的處理日益成為亟待解決的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文在日益增多的生活廢棄物使環(huán)境狀況不斷惡化的背景下,針對(duì)鄭州市生活廢棄物物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、分類(lèi)收集及管理制度現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全方位的分析,探討了有效地對(duì)生活廢棄物實(shí)施分類(lèi)收集的途徑和方法,從政府管理、企業(yè)責(zé)任、消費(fèi)者行為入手,討論了三大要素在源頭減量中的重要作用,并提出適合鄭州市的對(duì)策和措施,最大限度地實(shí)現(xiàn)生活廢棄物資源利用,減少?gòu)U棄物處置量,改善居民生存環(huán)境質(zhì)量,使鄭州市的生活固體廢棄物物流逐漸的進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作和產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng),加強(qiáng)流程改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。針對(duì)生活廢棄物導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,從源頭上減少?gòu)U棄物產(chǎn)量,對(duì)廢棄物進(jìn)行分類(lèi)收集細(xì)化,最大限度地實(shí)現(xiàn)生活廢棄物資源再利用,減少?gòu)U棄物處置量,改善人類(lèi)生存環(huán)境。目前鄭州市即將成為被“生活廢棄物”包圍了的城市,在土地資源稀缺的今天,生活廢棄物侵占了大量土地,污染了居民生活用水以及人類(lèi)賴(lài)以生存的空氣、土地,嚴(yán)重影響了居民的日常生活。因此,研究鄭州市廢棄物物流,改進(jìn)物流流程勢(shì)在必行,其中探討生活固體廢棄物的分類(lèi)模式、收運(yùn)、處理及其管理等工作更是重中之重,這對(duì)挖掘廢棄物品的使用價(jià)值,促進(jìn)再生性廢棄物的回收再利用等都具有積極的作用,推動(dòng)物流業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)、環(huán)境保護(hù)與衛(wèi)生以及城市生態(tài)建設(shè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, people's consumption level is increasing, and the products are being replaced more and more quickly, which produces a large amount of waste, especially the acceleration of urbanization, which makes the urban waste increase sharply and brings serious harm to the environment. The disposal of municipal domestic waste has become a social problem to be solved urgently. In the context of the environment deteriorating caused by the increasing amount of domestic waste, this paper aims at the development of domestic waste logistics in Zhengzhou. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of classified collection and management system, and discusses the ways and methods of implementing classified collection of domestic wastes effectively, starting with government management, corporate responsibility, consumer behavior, etc. This paper discusses the important role of the three elements in the source reduction, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures suitable for Zhengzhou to maximize the utilization of domestic waste resources, reduce the amount of waste disposal, and improve the living environment quality of residents. Make the life solid waste logistics of Zhengzhou gradually carry on the market-oriented operation and the industrialization management, strengthen the process improvement, realize the economic circulation and sustainable development, and aim at the environmental problems caused by the domestic waste, From the source to reduce the production of waste, the classification of waste collection and refinement, maximize the reuse of domestic waste resources, reduce the amount of waste disposal, Improve the living environment of human beings. At present, Zhengzhou is about to become a city surrounded by "domestic waste". Today, when land resources are scarce, domestic wastes encroach on a large amount of land. It pollutes residents' living water and the air and land on which human beings depend for survival, and seriously affects the daily life of residents. Therefore, it is imperative to study the waste logistics in Zhengzhou and improve the logistics process. Among them, it is of great importance to discuss the classification mode, collection and transportation, treatment and management of domestic solid waste, which plays an active role in excavating the use value of discarded materials and promoting the recycling and reuse of regenerative wastes. Promote the development of logistics, transportation, environmental protection and sanitation, and urban ecological construction.
