沙河市生活垃圾填埋場滲濾液處理工藝設(shè)計及運行調(diào)試

【摘要】:垃圾滲濾液是一種典型的高濃度難降解有機污染廢水,其水質(zhì)特點表現(xiàn)為水質(zhì)復(fù)雜、危害性大,COD、BOD、氨氮濃度高,水質(zhì)變化大,如不妥善處理,會對周圍環(huán)境及地下水造成嚴(yán)重污染。本文結(jié)合了沙河市生活垃圾填埋場滲濾液處理工程設(shè)計,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外垃圾滲濾液處理技術(shù)及其現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合沙河市生活垃圾填埋場滲濾液水質(zhì)特點以及處理技術(shù)的可操作性和經(jīng)濟性的要求,確定采用“膜生物反應(yīng)器(MBR)+納濾(NF)+反滲透(RO)”組合處理工藝。本工程設(shè)計處理規(guī)模為50m~3·d-1,介紹了垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場滲濾液處理工程設(shè)計中的幾個技術(shù)問題,主要對生活垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場滲濾液收集、處理系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計,進一步設(shè)計了“MBR+NF+RO”處理工藝流程圖,并對預(yù)測結(jié)果進行了分析,其設(shè)計出水水質(zhì)達到了《生活垃圾填埋場污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB16889-2008)中的一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對工程造價進行了合理分析,以降低經(jīng)濟投資,獲得良好的環(huán)境效益。調(diào)試運行結(jié)果表明:MBR系統(tǒng)對COD去除率均能保持在85%以上,氨氮去除率在92%以上;NF系統(tǒng)對COD去除率在90%以上,出水COD濃度穩(wěn)定在150mg·L~(-1)以下;RO系統(tǒng)進一步降低了COD濃度,使出水穩(wěn)定保持在50mg·L~(-1)以下,做到了達標(biāo)排放;NF系統(tǒng)對氨氮的去除率約為30%,進出水NH~3-N的含量變化在8mg·L~(-1)左右,因此可知NF系統(tǒng)對NH~3-N無顯著截留作用;RO系統(tǒng)對NH~3-N的去除效果相對顯著,出水NH~3-N的含量在5mg·L~(-1)左右。
[Abstract]:Landfill leachate is a typical high concentration refractory organic wastewater. Its water quality is characterized by complex water quality, great harmfulness, high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and great changes in water quality, such as improper treatment. This paper combines the leachate treatment project design of Shahe Municipal solid waste Landfill site, summarizes the domestic and foreign landfill leachate treatment technology and its present situation. Combined with the characteristics of leachate quality and the operational and economic requirements of treatment technology in Shahe municipal solid waste landfill, The combined treatment process of "membrane bioreactor (MBR) nanofiltration (NFN) reverse osmosis (ROA)" is determined. The design scale of the project is 50mm3 路d ~ (-1). Several technical problems in the design of landfill leachate treatment project are introduced. The leachate collection and treatment system of sanitary landfill was designed, and the flow chart of "MBR NF RO" treatment process was further designed, and the predicted results were analyzed. The designed effluent quality has reached the first class discharge standard of National refuse Landfill pollution Control Standard (GB16889-2008), and the project cost has been reasonably analyzed in order to reduce economic investment. The results of debugging and running show that the removal rate of COD is above 85%, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is more than 92%. The removal rate of COD by NF system is more than 90%. The effluent COD concentration was stable at 150mg 路L ~ (-1)) and the COD concentration was further reduced by the RO system. The effluent water was kept below 50mg 路L ~ (-1). The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was about 30mg 路L ~ (-1) by the NF system, and the content of NH~3-N in the effluent changed from 8 mg 路L ~ (-1) to 8 mg 路L ~ (-1). It is concluded that NF system has no significant interception of NH~3-N and RO system has a relatively significant removal effect on NH~3-N, and the content of NH~3-N in effluent is about 5 mg 路L ~ (-1).
