【摘要】:當(dāng)前,餐廚廢棄物處理回收利用的效率低,對環(huán)境衛(wèi)生及人類身體健康的影響比較大。由于當(dāng)今社會監(jiān)管的缺失及限制,餐廚廢棄物中的油脂會被不法分子利用,導(dǎo)致“地溝油”問題嚴(yán)重。本文對餐廚廢棄物油脂分離技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)當(dāng)今餐廚廢棄物來源多、產(chǎn)量大、分布廣以及其自身的物理特性確定實現(xiàn)餐廚廢棄物中油脂分離的總體方案。設(shè)計的油脂分離裝置主要由固液分離裝置和油水分離裝置兩部分組成;诼菪龎赫ス桃悍蛛x的原理上研究與設(shè)計了固液分離裝置;固液分離裝置主要包括濾網(wǎng)部件、擠出口部件、機(jī)殼部件以及螺旋部件。文中對固液分離裝置各部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計;利用了有限元分析法對固液分離裝置中螺旋進(jìn)行仿真分析;根據(jù)固液分離裝置的工作機(jī)理對電機(jī)需要的負(fù)載進(jìn)行計算;根據(jù)電機(jī)需要的功率進(jìn)行了選型。在油水分離裝置中,基于油脂浮升凝結(jié)過程、“淺池原理”以及Stokes公式基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了圓盤式的油水分離裝置;對隔油箱的入水口傾斜角以及有無加裝隔板進(jìn)行CFX仿真分析確定確定了入水口的傾斜角角度以及確定了加裝隔板可以消除箱內(nèi)出口紊亂,減少出水口的含油率。通過對圓盤在箱內(nèi)不同安裝位置進(jìn)行CFX仿真分析確定圓盤安裝位置,最后,研究圓盤材料、圓盤轉(zhuǎn)速、油浸占比因素對油水分離裝置的集油性能的影響;通過油水分離裝置實驗研究來確定裝置中圓盤使用材料,裝置工作時圓盤速度以及圓盤浸入面積。
[Abstract]:At present, the efficiency of food waste disposal and recycling is low, and the impact on environmental hygiene and human health is relatively large. Because of the lack and limitation of social supervision, the grease in food waste will be used by illegal elements. The problem of "gutter oil" is serious. In this paper, the separation technology of cooking waste oil is studied. The general scheme of oil separation from kitchen waste is determined by its wide distribution and its own physical characteristics. The oil separation device is mainly composed of solid-liquid separation device and oil-water separation device. Based on screw press, the oil separation device is composed of two parts: one is solid-liquid separation device and the other is oil-water separation device. The solid-liquid separation device is studied and designed on the principle of solid-liquid separation. The solid-liquid separation device mainly includes filter screen parts, extruded outlet parts, shell parts and spiral parts. In this paper, the components of solid-liquid separation device are designed, and the screw in solid-liquid separation device is simulated and analyzed by finite element method. According to the working mechanism of the solid-liquid separation device, the load required by the motor is calculated, and the type selection is carried out according to the power required by the motor. Based on the process of oil floatation and condensation, "shallow pool principle" and Stokes formula, a disc oil-water separation device was designed. The inclined angle of the inlet of the oil tank and whether there is an additional partition are analyzed by CFX simulation. The angle of inclination of the inlet is determined and the disturbance of the outlet in the box can be eliminated by adding the partition. To reduce the oil content of the outlet. The installation position of the disc is determined by CFX simulation analysis of the different installation positions of the disc in the box. Finally, the effects of disc material, disc speed and oil immersion ratio on the oil gathering performance of the oil-water separation device are studied. The material used in the disc, the speed of the disc and the immersion area of the disc are determined by the experimental study of the oil-water separation device.
