【摘要】：為了減少獺兔皮加工中廢水的排放及化料的投入量,分別對獺兔毛皮加工過程中的軟化、浸酸和鉻鞣廢液的循環(huán)利用進(jìn)行研究。對各廢液的組分進(jìn)行分析,以確定每次回用所需補(bǔ)加的化料量;對每次循環(huán)的水質(zhì)及皮張的物理機(jī)械性能進(jìn)行測定,以評價廢液循環(huán)對皮張質(zhì)量的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:軟化、浸酸、鉻鞣廢液可直接循環(huán)使用45次,所得皮張的收縮溫度在80℃以上,物理機(jī)械性能良好,不掉毛。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the discharge of waste water and the input of chemical materials in the processing of Rex rabbit skin, the softening, acid leaching and recycling of chrome tanning liquid during the processing of Rex rabbit fur were studied respectively. The components of each waste liquor were analyzed.
