上覆水環(huán)境因子對濱海水庫沉積物氮磷釋放的影響

【摘要】:為了解我國濱海水庫富營養(yǎng)化過程,以北大港水庫沉積物為研究對象,通過室內模擬試驗,考察上覆水環(huán)境因子〔擾動、ρ(Cl-)、pH、溫度、ρ(DO)〕對濱海水庫沉積物氮、磷釋放的影響.結果表明:1擾動促進氮、磷的釋放,ρ(NH_3-N)、ρ(NO_3~--N)、ρ(TN)和ρ(TP)增加了54.4%~230.8%,擾動對濱海水庫沉積物TN、TP釋放通量的促進作用比淡水沉積物強;2ρ(Cl-)升高促進氮、磷釋放,ρ(Cl-)越高,促進效果越強,ρ(Cl-)為1 000和5 000 mg/L時,ρ(NH_3-N)、ρ(NO_3~--N)、ρ(TN)和ρ(TP)分別增加了4.2%、3.2%、35.0%、11.9%和8.4%、4.8%、44.7%、23.8%;3與pH為7.0時相比,pH為8.5和10.0時,ρ(TP)增加了21.3%~42.6%,ρ(NH_3-N)降低了14.9%~18.6%,ρ(NO_3~--N)和ρ(TN)基本沒有變化,但NO_3~--N釋放通量增加了5.2%~10.3%,TN的釋放通量降低了7.1%~21.5%;4溫度升高促進了NH_3-N、TN和TP釋放,抑制了NO_3~--N釋放,濱海水庫沉積物中較高的鹽度減弱了溫度對TP釋放的促進作用,25℃時,ρ(NH_3-N)、ρ(TN)和ρ(TP)比5℃時增加了37.3%~71.0%,ρ(NO_3~--N)降低了34.0%;5好氧條件抑制了NH_3-N、TN和TP釋放,促進了NO_3~--N釋放,好氧條件下ρ(NH_3-N)、ρ(TN)和ρ(TP)降低了54.2%~85.6%,ρ(NO_3~--N)增加了20.5%.研究顯示,上覆水環(huán)境因子會影響濱海水庫沉積物氮、磷釋放,其中以擾動、溫度和ρ(DO)影響較大.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the eutrophication process of coastal reservoir in China, the sediment of North Dagang Reservoir was used as an object of study. The effects of overlying water environmental factors (disturbance, 蟻 -Cl ~ (-) pH, pH, temperature, 蟻 ~ (DOA)) on nitrogen in sediment of Binhai Reservoir were investigated by laboratory simulation test. The results show that the effects of 1 disturbance on nitrogen release, phosphorus release, 蟻 ~ (NH _ 3-N), 蟻 ~ (no _ 3-N ~ +), 蟻 ~ (no _ 3 ~ + -N ~ +, 蟻 _ N _ N) and 蟻 ~ (TPTP) increase 54.4% ~ 230.8%. The effect of disturbance on TNT _ (TP) release flux of coastal reservoir sediment is stronger than that of fresh water sediment (2 蟻 Cl ~ (-)), and the increase of phosphorus release is higher than that of fresh water sediment (P ~ (2) -Cl ~ (-)), and the effect of disturbance on TNTP release is higher than that of fresh water sediment. However, the release flux of NO_3~--N increased by 5.2% and 10.3%, and the flux of TN decreased by 7.1% and 21.55% respectively. The increase of temperature promoted the release of NH _ 3-NN _ N and TP, and inhibited the release of NO_3~--N.
