【摘要】：隨著中國城市化進程,城市人口不斷增加,我國污水處理量與之俱增,相應(yīng)的污水處理設(shè)施如雨后春筍般修建。城市污水廠的增加,顯著提高了我國污水處理能力,但同時也產(chǎn)生了大量污泥。目前我國污水處理廠污泥的處理處置還停留在傳統(tǒng)的濃縮脫水外運填埋的處置方式上,由于缺乏污泥處理處置方案選擇依據(jù),許多新建污水處理廠也是盲目的借鑒這種模式,這嚴重制約了污泥處理處置的效率。面對日益增加的城市污泥,如何對污泥處理處置方案進行科學的比選成為了迫切需要解決的問題。首先,文章通過對實地調(diào)研資料的匯總和整理,闡述了污泥在處理和處置這兩個環(huán)節(jié)上各自的操作流程,同時總結(jié)了常用污泥處理處置技術(shù)成本效益。其次,根據(jù)污泥處理處置項目的特點,基于經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、技術(shù)、社會這四個維度,對影響污泥處理處置方案選擇的各種因素進行了分析,建立了完善的污泥處理處置評價指標體系,同時通過綜合評價方法的甄選,提出層次分析與模糊綜合評價相結(jié)合的方法適合于污泥處理處置方案比選評價,建立了污泥處理處置方案評價模型。最后,以西安市污泥處理處置情況為案例,將評價模型應(yīng)用于實例中,驗證了該模型的合理性和適用性,評價結(jié)果表明:西安市污泥用于園林綠化、制作水泥為優(yōu)選方案,并針對評價結(jié)果提出了相關(guān)的建議對策。
[Abstract]:With the process of urbanization in China, the urban population is increasing, the amount of sewage treatment in China is increasing, and the corresponding sewage treatment facilities have been built like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The increase of municipal sewage treatment plants has significantly improved the sewage treatment capacity of our country. But at the same time, a large amount of sludge has been produced. At present, the treatment and disposal of sewage sludge in our country is still in the traditional way of concentration, dehydration, external transport and landfill disposal. Because of the lack of the basis for the selection of sludge treatment and disposal scheme, Many new sewage treatment plants are also blindly learning from this model, which seriously restricts the efficiency of sludge treatment and disposal. How to compare and select sludge treatment scheme scientifically has become an urgent problem to be solved. First of all, through the collection and arrangement of field investigation data, the paper expounds the respective operation flow of sludge treatment and disposal. Secondly, according to the characteristics of sludge treatment items, based on the four dimensions of economy, environment, technology and society, Various factors affecting the selection of sludge treatment and disposal scheme are analyzed, and a perfect evaluation index system of sludge treatment and disposal is established, and the selection of comprehensive evaluation method is carried out. The combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward, which is suitable for the comparison and evaluation of sludge treatment and disposal scheme, and the evaluation model of sludge treatment and disposal scheme is established. Finally, a case study of sludge treatment and disposal in Xi'an is given. The evaluation model is applied to an example to verify the rationality and applicability of the model. The evaluation results show that the sludge in Xi'an city is used for landscaping and cement making is the best selection scheme, and some suggestions are put forward for the evaluation result.
