兩段式生長管中過飽和環(huán)境特征研究

【摘要】:利用變物性參數(shù)的傳熱傳質(zhì)模型對兩段式生長管中2種構(gòu)建過飽和環(huán)境方式,即低溫飽和煙氣與高溫?zé)崴嘟佑|后再與低溫冷水接觸(方式1)和高溫含濕氣體與低溫冷水相接觸后再與高溫?zé)崴佑|(方式2)形成的過飽和度分布進(jìn)行了計算,分析了不同構(gòu)建方式下形成的過飽和環(huán)境特征。結(jié)果表明:兩段式生長管中第一段和第二段長度的最佳選取受構(gòu)建方式、溫差等因素的影響;與整段式生長管相比兩段式生長管中各構(gòu)建方式各徑向處過飽和度得到提高,且構(gòu)建方式1下過飽和度提高更明顯;隨著進(jìn)氣流速、壓力的增加,方式1所得過飽和度增加,方式2所得過飽和度先增大但在較高流速或較大壓力下有所降低。
[Abstract]:By using the heat and mass transfer model with variable physical parameters, two kinds of supersaturated environment in two-stage growth tube were constructed. The distribution of supersaturation formed after contact with hot water at low temperature and then with cold water at low temperature (mode 1) and with cold water at high temperature after contact with wet gas at high temperature (mode 2) was calculated. The characteristics of supersaturated environment formed under different construction modes were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum selection of the first and second segments length of the two-stage growth tube was affected by the factors such as the construction mode and the temperature difference. Compared with the whole growth tube, the supersaturation of each construction mode in the two-stage growth tube was increased, and the supersaturation increased more obviously under the construction mode 1, and the supersaturation increased with the increase of inlet gas velocity and pressure. In mode 2, the supersaturation increases first, but decreases at higher velocity or higher pressure.
