【摘要】：試驗從實際條件出發(fā),剔除了溫度、壓強、少量重金屬離子等各種不可控因素的影響,研究了廢水處理藥劑——石灰及液堿的最佳添加量,并比較了反應沉淀物的體積。在試驗條件下,處理1 L某區(qū)域含銅酸性廢水需添加石灰5 g,或添加液堿8 m L,廢水靜置24 h后,添加石灰的反應沉淀物體積為150 m L,添加液堿的反應沉淀物體積為340 m L,其上清液均符合污水一級排放標準。綜合各種因素,處理某廠的含銅酸性廢水采用石灰仍具有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual conditions, the effects of temperature, pressure and a small amount of heavy metal ions were eliminated, and the optimum dosage of lime and liquid alkali for wastewater treatment was studied. The volume of the reactive sediment was compared. Under the experimental conditions, it was necessary to add lime 5 g or liquid alkali 8 mL to treat 1 L copper containing acid wastewater, and then the wastewater was statically stored for 24 h. The volume of reactive precipitate added with lime is 150 mL and the volume of reactive precipitate added with liquid alkali is 340 mL. The supernatant of the supernatant is in accordance with the first class discharge standard of sewage. Combined with various factors, lime still has the advantage in treating the acid wastewater containing copper in a certain plant.
