【摘要】：當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式從規(guī)模速度型粗放增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量效率型集約增長(zhǎng)。政府更加注重產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,倡導(dǎo)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展。新興環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國(guó)朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要實(shí)踐。投資活動(dòng)是企業(yè)的資源配置行為,經(jīng)理人的投資策略體現(xiàn)在資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表的左邊,投資結(jié)果反映在利潤(rùn)表上。經(jīng)理人選擇適合于企業(yè)的投資策略有利于提高投資效率,增加企業(yè)價(jià)值。本文由企業(yè)利潤(rùn)回溯到經(jīng)理人投資過(guò)程的各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn),考察企業(yè)獲利來(lái)源,將資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表的左邊與企業(yè)利潤(rùn)表聯(lián)系起來(lái),分析資產(chǎn)投入與產(chǎn)出的對(duì)比關(guān)系,旨在檢驗(yàn)國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)保上市公司經(jīng)理人運(yùn)營(yíng)管理公司、配置內(nèi)部資源的投資效率,有助于考察、評(píng)定公司經(jīng)理人投資運(yùn)營(yíng)能力。從同花順數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中搜集2008-2013年年度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù),以國(guó)內(nèi)滬深A(yù)股35家狹義環(huán)境保護(hù)類上市公司為研究對(duì)象,整理形成表示企業(yè)績(jī)效、資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的面板數(shù)據(jù),擬定流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)及流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系的研究假設(shè)、非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)與非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效的研究假設(shè),采用逐步回歸方法構(gòu)建環(huán)保企業(yè)流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)投資效率檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ�、流�?dòng)資產(chǎn)配置效率檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ汀⒎橇鲃?dòng)資產(chǎn)投資效率模型和非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)配置效率模型,使用EVIEWS7.0軟件選定固定效應(yīng)變截距模型得出實(shí)證結(jié)果。實(shí)證表明:流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)與加權(quán)平均ROE的正U性關(guān)系印證了現(xiàn)存環(huán)保類上市公司通行的BOT經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理是考察公司經(jīng)理人投資運(yùn)營(yíng)能力的關(guān)鍵;應(yīng)收賬款和存貨對(duì)加權(quán)平均ROE的正貢獻(xiàn)效應(yīng)說(shuō)明流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)中應(yīng)收賬款和存貨的是環(huán)保企業(yè)獲利的主要渠道,經(jīng)理人制定合理的信用政策與存貨管控政策是公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的著重點(diǎn)和著眼點(diǎn);環(huán)保類上市公司非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)與加權(quán)平均ROE的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,與環(huán)保上市公司偏好保守型資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)模式一致,但經(jīng)理人對(duì)非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)的投資仍不合理,投資效率較低;固定資產(chǎn)和在建工程對(duì)加權(quán)平均ROE的負(fù)貢獻(xiàn)效應(yīng)暗示非流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)中固定資產(chǎn)和在建工程運(yùn)營(yíng)管理是考察公司經(jīng)理人投資效率的重要方面。結(jié)合描述性分析及實(shí)證分析,提出了有關(guān)公司和行業(yè)投資、運(yùn)營(yíng)決策等方面的建議,為投資者評(píng)定經(jīng)理人經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力提供參考,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)保行業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供可行性參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The current economic development has entered the new normal, and the mode of economic development has shifted from extensive growth of scale and speed to intensive growth of quality and efficiency. The government pays more attention to the optimization of industrial structure and advocates the construction of ecological civilization. Green low-carbon cycle development. As a sunrise industry in China, the development of new environmental protection industry is an important practice to change the mode of economic development and optimize the economic structure. The manager's investment strategy is reflected on the left of the balance sheet, and the investment result is reflected in the income statement. In this paper, the enterprise profit is traced back to each node of the manager's investment process, the source of the enterprise's profit is investigated, the left side of the balance sheet is connected with the enterprise's income statement, and the comparative relationship between the asset input and the output is analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to test the managers' operating and management companies of the domestic environmental protection listed companies, to allocate the investment efficiency of the internal resources, and to help investigate and evaluate the investment and operation ability of the managers of the companies, and to collect the annual financial report data from Tonghuashun database for the period of 2008-2013. Taking 35 narrow environmental protection listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares as the research object, the paper forms the panel data to express the enterprise performance and asset structure, and formulates the research hypotheses of the relationship between the current assets and the current asset structure and the enterprise performance. Based on the hypothesis of the structure of non-current assets and the structure of non-current assets and the performance of enterprises, the paper uses the method of stepwise regression to construct the testing model of investment efficiency of current assets of environmental protection enterprises, and the model of testing efficiency of allocation of current assets. Non-current assets investment efficiency model and non-current asset allocation efficiency model, Using EVIEWS7.0 software to select fixed effect variable intercept model, the empirical results show that the positive U relationship between current assets and weighted average ROE confirms the existing BOT business model of environmental protection listed companies. The positive contribution of accounts receivable and inventory to weighted average ROE shows that accounts receivable and inventory in current assets are the main channels for environmental protection enterprises to make profits. Managers make reasonable credit policy and inventory control policy is the focus of the company management, environmental protection listed companies with non-current assets and weighted average ROE negative correlation, It is consistent with the environmental protection listed companies' preference for conservative asset structure, but the managers' investment in non-current assets is still unreasonable and the investment efficiency is low. The negative contribution effect of fixed assets and construction projects in progress to weighted average ROE implies that fixed assets and operation management of construction projects in non-current assets are important aspects to investigate the investment efficiency of company managers. Some suggestions on investment and operation decision of companies and industries are put forward to provide reference for investors to assess managers' management ability and to provide a feasible reference basis for the healthy development of environmental protection industry in China.
