羧基化磁性載鐵有序介孔碳快速吸附農(nóng)藥2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)藥是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)必不可少的一部分,它極大地提高了糧食生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)量。但是隨著農(nóng)藥的廣泛應(yīng)用,農(nóng)藥已經(jīng)分布于世界各地并且在地球上任何水體中都可以檢測得到農(nóng)藥的存在。此外,農(nóng)藥的衰減周期很長而且通過自然界自身難以降解,進而通過生物鏈不斷向頂端生物體內(nèi)富集,導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)藥的環(huán)境污染問題和中毒事件頻頻發(fā)生,導(dǎo)致了生態(tài)平衡被破壞,因此人們也逐漸地在關(guān)注農(nóng)藥對環(huán)境的污染問題和對人類健康的影響。長期暴露在含有農(nóng)藥的環(huán)境中會對人和動物產(chǎn)生較為嚴(yán)重的不利影響,甚至產(chǎn)生致癌作用。因此,農(nóng)藥的處理是迫在眉睫的事情。本研究制備了羧基化磁性載鐵有序介孔碳,并對其吸附農(nóng)藥2,4-D的過程及機理進行了調(diào)查研究。羧基化磁性載鐵有序介孔碳(Fe/OMC)被成功地制備,并且應(yīng)用于吸附來自廢水中的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)。成功合成的吸附劑擁有高度有序性、大的比表面積和孔容和良好的磁性分離等特性。2,4-D的吸附量隨著初始濃度和接觸時間的增加而增加,然而卻隨著p H和溫度的增加而減少。p H為3時Fe/OMC對2,4-D的吸附量到達最大值,這也就意味著對2,4-D的吸附過程高度依賴于溶液的p H。在120 min內(nèi)達到對2,4-D的吸附平衡,并且隨著2,4-D的初始濃度從100增加到500 mg/L,平衡時的吸附量從99.38增加到310.78 mg/g。更重要的是在僅僅5 min內(nèi),吸附量就可以達到平衡時吸附量的97%。隨著反應(yīng)溫度從30℃增加到50℃,Fe/OMC對2,4-D的吸附容量從270.60 mg/g降低到256.38 mg/g,這也意味著Fe/OMC對2,4-D的吸附過程是一個放熱過程。動力學(xué)和等溫吸附的研究表明,準(zhǔn)二階動力學(xué)和Langmuir等溫模型與吸附數(shù)據(jù)更吻合。吸附熱力學(xué)模型證明了Fe/OMC對2,4-D的吸附主要是物理吸附過程,并且是可行的、自發(fā)的。Fe/OMC的吸附效率在高的2,4-D的初始濃度下經(jīng)過六次循環(huán)之后仍然能維持較高的水平,這也意味著Fe/OMC擁有一個很好地再生性能和重復(fù)性。這些結(jié)果意味著,Fe/OMC對于快速吸附2,4-D和進一步防止2,4-D擴散有一個相當(dāng)不錯的潛力。
[Abstract]:Pesticide is an indispensable part of modern agricultural production. It has greatly increased the yield of grain production. But with the wide application of pesticides, Pesticides have been distributed all over the world and can be detected in any water body on Earth. In addition, pesticides have a long decay period and are difficult to degrade through nature itself. Then through the biological chain to the top of the biological enrichment, leading to pesticide environmental pollution problems and poisoning incidents occurred frequently, resulting in the destruction of the ecological balance, As a result, people are gradually paying attention to the pollution of pesticides to the environment and the impact on human health. Prolonged exposure to pesticides may have a more serious adverse effect on people and animals and even produce carcinogenic effects. In this study, carboxylated magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon containing iron was prepared, and the process and mechanism of its adsorption of 2n4-D were investigated. The carboxylated magnetic magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon containing iron (Fe / O) was successfully prepared. The adsorbents successfully synthesized have a high degree of order, and have been applied to the adsorption of 2o 4- dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (DTAA) from waste water. With the increase of initial concentration and contact time, the adsorption capacity of 2.4-D increases with the increase of initial concentration and contact time, but decreases with the increase of pH and temperature. The adsorption capacity of 24-D for 3:00 Fe/OMC reaches the maximum value with the increase of pH and temperature. This means that the adsorption process of 2H4-D is highly dependent on the pH of the solution. The adsorption equilibrium of 2H4-D is achieved within 120 min. And with the initial concentration of 24-D increasing from 100 to 500 mg / L, the adsorption capacity at equilibrium increases from 99.38 to 310.78 mg / g.
