【摘要】：軸承加工廢水含有大量的乳化液和難降解物質(zhì),有機(jī)物成分復(fù)雜,濃度較高。采用破乳+一級氣浮+高壓脈沖電解+二級氣浮+A/O的組合工藝進(jìn)行處理,出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 8978—1996)的三級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。實(shí)踐證明,該工藝運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,可操作性強(qiáng),具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:Bearing processing wastewater contains a large number of emulsions and refractory substances, the organic composition is complex and the concentration is high. The combined process of breaking emulsion and high pressure pulse electrolysis two-stage air floatation A / O is used to treat the wastewater. The effluent quality reached the third grade standard of Integrated Wastewater discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). The practice shows that the process is stable and reliable, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
