廢舊布袋活性炭深度處理印染廢水尾水

【摘要】:以廢舊除塵布袋為原料制備的活性炭(WFBAC),與商業(yè)活性炭(CAC)進(jìn)行對比研究,考察了吸附時間、活性炭用量和吸附溫度對WFBAC去除印染廢水尾水COD和TOC的影響;同時對印染廢水中COD的吸附動力學(xué)進(jìn)行研究。當(dāng)吸附時間2 h、活性炭用量1.0 g·L~(-1)、吸附溫度為30℃時,COD和TOC的去除率分別達(dá)到77%和74%,比同等條件下CAC對印染廢水尾水COD去除率高24.19%。WFBAC對COD的吸附符合準(zhǔn)二級動力學(xué)方程(R20.99),吸附速率在前30 min由顆粒內(nèi)擴(kuò)散主導(dǎo),30 min之后由膜擴(kuò)散和粒內(nèi)擴(kuò)散控制且以膜擴(kuò)散為主。
[Abstract]:The effects of adsorption time, amount of activated carbon and adsorption temperature on the removal of COD and TOC from the tailings of printing and dyeing wastewater by WFBAC were studied.
