生物絮凝劑制備及其對草漿造紙廢水深度處理

【摘要】:造紙工業(yè)新鮮水消耗量大、產(chǎn)生污染嚴(yán)重。尤其是草漿造紙廢水COD和色度都高,通過常規(guī)的二級生物處理難以去除,而且在處理過程中產(chǎn)生大量剩余污泥。草漿造紙行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)要求減少噸紙新鮮水消耗和污染物排放量,廢水的深度處理與回用及對剩余污泥資源化利用是解決這一問題的有效手段。本文以草漿造紙廢水生化處理產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥為原料,制備生物絮凝劑(Papermaking sludge bioflocculant, PSBF),研究了PSBF的制備方法、絮凝條件、應(yīng)用效果、性質(zhì)和組分以及絮凝機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,在超聲波處理、熱處理、堿水解和堿-超聲聯(lián)合處理四種方法中,堿解法是水解污泥制備PSBF的最佳方法,最佳堿投加量為2.25 g/g TS。PSBF在pH=11,用量為1 mL.L-1,助凝劑用量為110 mL.L-1條件下絮凝效果最佳。中試試驗運行結(jié)果表明,PSBF對草漿造紙廢水的COD和色度去除率平均保持在68%和85%。紅外譜圖分析等試驗結(jié)果顯示,PSBF的主要絮凝成分為多糖,具有良好的儲存穩(wěn)定性和熱穩(wěn)定性,絮凝機(jī)理符合離子鍵結(jié)合及吸附架橋理論。本文研究結(jié)果為草漿造紙廢水有效去除色度以及草漿造紙行業(yè)的污泥原位資源化利用提供了理論和技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:The waste of fresh water in papermaking industry is large and the pollution is serious, especially the COD and chroma of straw pulp and papermaking wastewater are high, so it is difficult to remove them by conventional secondary biological treatment. In addition, a large amount of excess sludge is produced during the treatment process. Clean production in the straw pulp and paper industry requires reducing the consumption of fresh water and the discharge of pollutants from tons of paper. Advanced treatment and reuse of waste water and utilization of surplus sludge are effective means to solve this problem. In this paper, the waste sludge produced by biochemical treatment of straw pulp and papermaking wastewater is used as raw material. The preparation of sludge bioflocculant (PSBF) was prepared. The preparation method, flocculation conditions, application effect, properties, composition and flocculating mechanism of PSBF were studied. The results showed that, in the four methods of ultrasonic treatment, heat treatment, alkaline hydrolysis and alkaline ultrasonic treatment, Alkaline hydrolysis is the best method for the preparation of PSBF from hydrolyzed sludge. The optimum dosage of alkali was 2.25 g / g TS.PSBF at pH 11, dosage of 1 ml 路L -1 and dosage of coagulant 110 mL.L-1. The results of pilot test showed that the average removal rate of COD and chromaticity of straw pulp wastewater was 68% and 85% respectively. The main flocculating component of PSBF was polysaccharide. With good storage stability and thermal stability, The flocculation mechanism is in accordance with the theory of ionic bond binding and adsorption bridging. The results provide theoretical and technical references for the effective removal of chroma from straw pulp and papermaking wastewater and the in-situ utilization of sludge in the pulp and paper industry.
