錦州市第三污水處理廠工程方案設(shè)計

【摘要】:錦州市處于遼寧省西部,市域面積達(dá)10301k2m,總?cè)丝诩s為300萬,,城市中主要有兩大河流經(jīng)過,分別為女兒河和小凌河。錦州市目前實際污水量己經(jīng)超過3043.0xl0m/d,而現(xiàn)有污水處理廠處理規(guī)模僅有20.0xl04m3/d。依據(jù)錦州市污水處理現(xiàn)狀及文件《遼寧省人民政府關(guān)于凌河流域污染治理工作的實施意見》,結(jié)合錦州市城市總體規(guī)劃,有必要開展錦州市第三污水處理廠建設(shè)工作。 本工程通過錦州市城市總體規(guī)劃、城市供排水系統(tǒng)、城市污水量預(yù)測的綜合考慮,分別對處理規(guī)模、進(jìn)出水水質(zhì)、污水處理程度、擬建錦州市第二、三污水處理廠分建合建方案及廠址選擇進(jìn)行論證。錦州市第三污水處理廠工程設(shè)計規(guī)模為5.0xl04mVd,其中再生水回用占4.0X104mVd。錦州市第三污水處理廠進(jìn)水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)預(yù)測值分別為CODcr350mg/L、BOD5160mg/L、SS210mg/L、NH3-N25mg/L、TN40mg/L. TP5mg/L情況下,經(jīng)處理其去除率分別可達(dá)85%、93%、95%、80%、62%、90%,出廠水質(zhì)符合國家一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 根據(jù)污水處理廠進(jìn)水水質(zhì)特點及受納水體環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的出水水質(zhì)要求,本污水處理工藝懫用具有脫氮除磷的二級生物處理和深度處理工藝。其中,選擇改良a2/O工藝作為污水二級處理核心工藝,采用常規(guī)的混凝沉淀(澄清)和過濾工藝對二級出水進(jìn)行深度處理。污泥處理采用“機械濃縮十板框壓濾機”工藝,污泥處理后送至錦州市新建城市垃圾填埋場,其外運填埋的污泥含水率低于60%。此外,懫用二氧化氯消毒工藝和生物濾池除臭工藝進(jìn)行消毒和除臭。 錦州市第三污水處理廠建成后,將大大降低城市污水對環(huán)境的污染,有效地改善城市整體環(huán)境,同時為錦州市創(chuàng)造良好的投資環(huán)境,利于招商引資,促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou is located in the western part of Liaoning Province, with an area of 10301 k2m and a total population of about 3 million. There are two major rivers in the city. The actual amount of sewage in Jinzhou is over 3043.0 x 10 m / d, while the scale of existing sewage treatment plant is only 20.0xl04m3 / d.According to the present situation and document of Jinzhou Municipal sewage treatment < Liaoning Provincial people's Government on pollution in Linghe River Basin, the current treatment scale is 20.0xl04m3 / d.According to the present situation and documents of Jinzhou Municipal Government. Opinions on the implementation of dyeing and controlling work. "combined with the overall urban planning of Jinzhou City," It is necessary to carry out the construction of the third sewage treatment plant in Jinzhou. Through the comprehensive consideration of the overall urban planning, the urban water supply and drainage system and the urban sewage volume prediction in Jinzhou, the project plans to build the second place in Jinzhou, respectively, on the scale of treatment, the quality of incoming and outgoing water, and the degree of sewage treatment. The project design scale of the third sewage treatment plant in Jinzhou is 5.0xl04mVd. the reuse of recycled water accounts for 4.0x104mVd. the predicted water quality index of the third sewage treatment plant in Jinzhou is CODcr350mg / LBOD5160mg / L SS210mgP / N25mg / LTN40mg / L TP5mg/L, respectively. After treatment, the removal rate can reach 85% respectively. The water quality of the factory conforms to the first class A standard of the country. According to the characteristics of influent water quality in wastewater treatment plant and the effluent quality requirements stipulated in the environmental quality standard of the receiving water, the wastewater treatment process uses secondary biological treatment and advanced treatment process with nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The modified a2 / O process was selected as the core process of secondary wastewater treatment, and the conventional coagulation sedimentation (clarification) and filtration process were used for advanced treatment of secondary effluent. The sludge was treated and sent to the newly built municipal solid waste landfill in Jinzhou, and the moisture content of the sludge was lower than 60%. In addition, chlorine dioxide disinfection process and biological filter deodorization process were used to sterilize and deodorize the sludge. After the completion of the third sewage treatment Plant in Jinzhou City, it will greatly reduce the pollution caused by urban sewage to the environment, effectively improve the overall environment of the city, and at the same time create a good investment environment for Jinzhou City, which is conducive to attracting investment and investment. Promote the sustainable development of urban economy.
