DBD協(xié)同負(fù)載復(fù)合金屬氧化物活性炭催化降解甲基橙廢水

【摘要】:為了提高介質(zhì)阻擋放電(DBD)產(chǎn)生臭氧的利用效率以及DBD對(duì)甲基橙廢水的降解效率,制備了負(fù)載鐵錳復(fù)合金屬氧化物的活性炭,并加入DBD反應(yīng)器中,建立了DBD協(xié)同負(fù)載型活性炭催化處理廢水體系?疾炝素(fù)載型活性炭投加量、放電電壓、廢水p H值和反應(yīng)器通氣量等因素對(duì)甲基橙去除效率的影響,探討了DBD協(xié)同負(fù)載型活性炭催化降解甲基橙廢水的機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:相對(duì)于單獨(dú)DBD臭氧處理,加入負(fù)載型活性炭后甲基橙降解效率顯著提高18%,且化學(xué)需氧量(COD)和總有機(jī)碳(TOC)的去除率分別達(dá)到43%和23%,其它放電參數(shù)、氣體參數(shù)及廢水參數(shù)亦影響甲基橙的降解;通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明DBD協(xié)同負(fù)載型活性炭催化去除甲基橙的主要機(jī)理是其催化臭氧產(chǎn)生的以·OH自由基為主的強(qiáng)氧化性物質(zhì)。研究結(jié)果證明DBD可與負(fù)載型活性炭產(chǎn)生協(xié)同催化效應(yīng),有效降解甲基橙染料廢水,并提升廢水中臭氧的利用效率。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of ozone production by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) and the degradation efficiency of methyl orange wastewater by DBD, activated carbon loaded with iron-manganese composite metal oxides was prepared and added into DBD reactor. The DBD synergistic activated carbon catalytic treatment system for wastewater was established. The effects of loading activated carbon dosage, discharge voltage, pH value of wastewater and aeration rate of reactor on the removal efficiency of methyl orange were investigated. The mechanism of degradation of methyl orange wastewater catalyzed by DBD co-supported activated carbon was discussed. The results showed that compared with DBD ozonation alone, the degradation mechanism of methyl orange wastewater was studied. The degradation efficiency of methyl orange was significantly increased by adding loaded activated carbon, and the removal rates of COD and TOC reached 43% and 23, respectively. Other discharge parameters, gas parameters and wastewater parameters also affected the degradation of methyl orange. The experimental results show that the main mechanism of the removal of methyl orange by DBD synergistic supported activated carbon is the strong oxidizing substance mainly 路OH free radical produced by its catalytic ozone. The results show that DBD can produce synergistic catalytic effect with the supported activated carbon. The methyl orange dye wastewater was effectively degraded and the ozone utilization efficiency was improved.
