【摘要】：基于北京市昌平區(qū)宏福苑小區(qū)開(kāi)展的社區(qū)垃圾分類(lèi)回收項(xiàng)目,采用社會(huì)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法測(cè)試了一種創(chuàng)新的社區(qū)垃圾分類(lèi)引導(dǎo)模式,通過(guò)追蹤居民的投放行為差異,探究不同激勵(lì)方式對(duì)居民分類(lèi)行為的影響。研究表明,首先,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)活動(dòng)在模式推廣的早期具有重要意義,而單憑設(shè)施規(guī)劃難以達(dá)到行為改變的目標(biāo);其次,與非正式回收業(yè)者合作對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)常態(tài)化運(yùn)營(yíng)具有一定的可行性,但是需要改變現(xiàn)有的城市廢物管理體系,引入不同的資金機(jī)制,在體現(xiàn)回收和逆向物流服務(wù)價(jià)值的同時(shí),為生產(chǎn)消費(fèi)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型提供有效的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)。
[Abstract]:Based on the community garbage classification and recovery project in Hongfuyuan District, Changping District, Beijing, an innovative community garbage classification and guidance model was tested by using social experiment method, and the difference of residents' throwing behavior was tracked. The research shows that, first of all, field activities are of great significance in the early stage of promotion of the model, but facility planning alone can not achieve the goal of behavior change. Secondly, cooperation with informal recyclers is feasible to realize normal operation, but it needs to change the existing urban waste management system and introduce different financial mechanisms. While reflecting the service value of recovery and reverse logistics, it provides an effective economic incentive for the transformation of production and consumption mode.
