南寧市在用機動車尾氣排放特性研究分析與控制

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經濟的快速發(fā)展和城市化進程的加快,南寧市機動車保有量迅速增長,截止2014年底,南寧市機動車保有量達到165萬輛,方便人們的同時,帶來的大氣環(huán)境污染問題也越來越嚴重,且各種機動車污染物對整個人類環(huán)境及人體本身造成了極大的傷害,如何找出主要污染物排放源,并采取合理且可行的減排措施,已經成為提高南寧市空氣質量的重要任務之一。機動車排放因子復雜,排放量巨大、且排放高度較低,對于開展機動車排放量研究,著重研究對超標機動車的檢測處理具有重要且實際的應用價值。本文針對南寧市機汽油車尾氣污染物排放超標所引起的問題主要展開的研究工作有:1.分析在用機動車尾氣排放污染物的危害、形成機理及常用的控制方法。通過分析對比國內外在用機動車排放污染物檢測標準和測試方法,找出我國和發(fā)達國家之間的差距。2.通過調研、分析南寧市環(huán)保檢測站現(xiàn)階段對在用機動車環(huán)保檢測所執(zhí)行的檢測標準、設備要求、檢測方法和檢測流程。3.結合南寧市所特有的機動車綜合排放因子與機動車行駛現(xiàn)狀,采用COPERT模型對南寧市各類機動車污染物排放量進行計算,并就起結果進行分析,其中計算得出南寧市機動車污染物排放量為CO為94689.89t,NOx為40942.21t,VOC為32873.7t,PM為1822.11t。4.分析南寧市機動車污染物的排放構成,并結合南寧市機動車的排放現(xiàn)狀,得出對尾氣排放超標車輛的治理是治理南寧市大氣污染的重要措施,本文將多種污染物超標的不同原因及控制方法分別進行歸納總結,并就不同種類的超標車輛進行分析及控制使其達到環(huán)保檢測要求,最終實現(xiàn)了降低在用尾氣污染物的排放量,從而在一定程度上加快了南寧市提高空氣質量的進程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and city urbanization, the rapid growth of the vehicle population in Nanning, by the end of 2014, Nanning city vehicle population reached 1 million 650 thousand, convenient for people at the same time, the problem of air pollution caused more and more serious, and a variety of vehicle pollutants caused great harm to mankind as a whole the environment and the human body itself, how to find out the source of emissions of major pollutants, and to take reasonable and feasible measures to reduce emissions, has become one of the important tasks to improve the air quality of Nanning city. Vehicle emission factor complex, huge emissions, emissions and lower height, to carry out research on vehicle emissions, mainly research has important application value and practical to exceed the standard motor vehicle detection processing. This research aimed at Nanning city machine gasoline vehicle exhaust pollutant emissions exceed the standard problems caused by the main expansion Work: 1. in the analysis of vehicle emission pollutants from harm, formation mechanism and control methods. Through comparative analysis of domestic and international emissions testing standards and testing methods of motor vehicle, find out between China and developed countries.2. through research, analysis of environmental detection station of Nanning city at this stage in the detection requirements for equipment standard for vehicle inspection performed by the status quo of vehicle emission factor and vehicle detection method and process of.3. in Nanning city with unique driving, COPERT model is used to all kinds of vehicle emissions in Nanning is calculated. And from the results, the calculated vehicle emissions in Nanning city CO 94689.89t, NOx 40942.21t, VOC 32873.7t, PM 1822.11t.4. analysis of emissions of pollutants from motor vehicles in Nanning and combined with Nanning. Emission status of the vehicle, the vehicle exhaust emissions exceed the standard of governance is an important measure to control air pollution in Nanning City, the different causes and control methods of various pollutants exceed the standard are summarized, and the different types of vehicles exceed the standard analysis and control to achieve environmental testing requirements, and ultimately reduce emissions the amount of exhaust pollutants, thereby speeding up the process of improving the air quality of Nanning city to a certain extent.
