一水硬鋁石拜耳法赤泥鈣化轉(zhuǎn)型渣碳化分解過程的實驗研究

【摘要】:針對拜耳法生產(chǎn)氧化鋁過程中排放的堿性赤泥無法大規(guī)模處理這一世界性難題,提出了鈣化—碳化法低成本、大規(guī)模綜合利用赤泥新工藝.本文以我國的一水硬鋁石溶出赤泥的鈣化渣為原料,研究了碳化液固比、碳化溫度、碳化壓力等重要條件對鈣化赤泥碳化分解過程的影響.實驗表明,適宜的碳化條件為:液固比5∶1、碳化溫度120℃、CO_2壓力1.2 MPa.在此條件下,氧化鋁回收率為39.3%.經(jīng)過最終的溶鋁過程后,碳化赤泥的主要成分為碳酸鈣和硅酸鈣,含堿量低于0.5%,可用于制備水泥.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the worldwide problem that alkaline red mud discharged from alumina production by Bayer process can not be treated on a large scale, a low cost calcification-carbonization process is proposed. In this paper, the carbonation liquid to solid ratio and carbonation temperature were studied by using calcified slag of red mud dissolved from diaspore in China as the raw material for large-scale comprehensive utilization of red mud. The effect of carbonation pressure on the carbonation process of calcified red mud was studied.
