含油污泥乳化液的制備及其煤炭浮選性能研究

【摘要】:含油污泥是石油開采、運(yùn)輸、加工、煉制等過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的危險(xiǎn)廢物。傳統(tǒng)含油污泥處理技術(shù)難度大,成本高。本文用含油污泥生產(chǎn)煤炭浮選劑,不僅能有效消除污染,實(shí)現(xiàn)含油污泥資源化利用,而且降低了浮選成本。對(duì)延長(zhǎng)集團(tuán)下寺灣采油廠的含油污泥進(jìn)行了工業(yè)分析、元素分析以及粘度、凝點(diǎn)、密度等基本性質(zhì)測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:含油污泥含油量較高,為43.01%,粘度為1081 mPa·s,密度為0.99 g/m3,凝點(diǎn)為28.5℃,流動(dòng)性較差。以含油污泥為原料制備出含油污泥乳化液,并對(duì)其類型、穩(wěn)定性、分散性等進(jìn)行了表征。以含油污泥乳化液作為煤炭浮選捕收劑對(duì)3種不同變質(zhì)程度的煤樣進(jìn)行浮選試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:含油污泥乳化液為水包油型,平均粒徑為4.8μm,穩(wěn)定性可達(dá)90 d不分層;韓城煤的最佳浮選條件為:捕收劑用量9.0 kg/t,起泡劑用量0.3 kg/t,礦漿濃度100 g/L;太西煤的最佳浮選條件為:捕收劑用量3.0 kg/t,起泡劑用量0.2 kg/t,礦漿濃度100 g/L;富縣煤的最佳浮選條件為:捕收劑用量1.0 kg/t,起泡劑用量0.1 kg/t,礦漿濃度100 g/L。含油污泥乳化液的浮選性能優(yōu)于煤油,且成本顯著降低。含油污泥乳化液作為煤炭浮選捕收劑對(duì)韓城煤所有粒級(jí)的煤粒均有較好的選擇性,對(duì)大顆粒的可浮性較好;對(duì)太西煤所有粒級(jí)的煤粒均有較好的選擇性,對(duì)細(xì)顆粒的可浮性較好;對(duì)富縣煤泥中粒度較大的有較好的選擇性和可浮性。分析了含油污泥乳化液作為捕收劑的浮選機(jī)理。與含油污泥乳化液作用后,煤樣接觸角均有不同程度增大、煤粒表面疏水官能團(tuán)數(shù)量增多、Zeta電位絕對(duì)值降低,提高了煤粒表面的疏水性和可浮性。
[Abstract]:Oily sludge is a hazardous waste produced in the process of oil extraction, transportation, processing, refining and so on. The traditional oily sludge treatment technology is very difficult and the cost is high. In this paper, oily sludge is used to produce coal flotation agent. Not only can effectively eliminate pollution, realize the utilization of oily sludge, but also reduce the cost of flotation. The industrial analysis, element analysis, viscosity, condensate point of oily sludge of Yanchang Group Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant are carried out. The results showed that the oil content of oily sludge was 43.01, the viscosity was 1081 mPa 路s, the density was 0.99 g / m ~ 3, and the freezing point was 28.5 鈩,
