【摘要】：研究了不同pH時尿素(U)溶液吸收不同濃度F(甲醛)廢氣的能力,并探討了對吸收后反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的利用。研究結(jié)果表明:F的吸收率隨U溶液的pH增加而降低;當(dāng)吸收液中n(F)∶n(U)=0.7∶1時,低濃度(為50 mg/m~3)的F廢氣可通過Ⅰ級吸收處理達(dá)標(biāo)(F吸收率超過70.0%),而中、高濃度(為300、1 500 mg/m~3)的F廢氣可通過Ⅱ級吸收處理達(dá)標(biāo),總吸收率可超過98.0%;吸收產(chǎn)物經(jīng)適當(dāng)處理后,可用作脲甲醛緩釋肥。
[Abstract]:The ability of urea urea (UU) solution to absorb different concentrations of F- (formaldehyde) waste gas at different pH was studied. The results show that the absorptivity of w / F decreases with the increase of pH value of U solution. When the concentration of F in the absorbent solution is 0.7: 1, the F waste gas with a low concentration (50 mg / m ~ (-3)) can reach the standard of F absorption rate of 70.0g / m ~ (-3) through the first stage absorption treatment, and the absorption rate of F is more than 70.0g / m ~ (-3).
