【摘要】:針對燃煤電廠煙氣污染物脫除系統(tǒng)設(shè)備入口彎管內(nèi)的氣固兩相分布不均的問題,提出一種兩相均流板,采用CFD數(shù)值模擬的方法對比分析了安裝兩相均流板與常規(guī)導(dǎo)流裝置的彎道內(nèi)氣流速度分布、顆粒質(zhì)量濃度分布以及彎管進出口壓差變化特征。結(jié)果表明:在彎管內(nèi)安裝兩相均流板較安裝導(dǎo)流板/三角翼擋板更優(yōu),既可以使氣固兩相均勻分布又可以有效降低系統(tǒng)的壓阻,克服了常規(guī)均流裝置氣固兩相均流效果不佳、阻力大等缺點,在較低的壓阻下解決燃煤電廠煙氣污染物脫除系統(tǒng)入口氣固兩相混合不均勻的問題,有效提高污染物脫除效率。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of gas-solid two-phase in the inlet elbow of flue gas pollutant removal system in coal-fired power plant, a two-phase flow sharing plate is proposed. CFD numerical simulation method is used to compare and analyze the flow velocity distribution in the bend between the two-phase flow sharing plate and the conventional diversion device. The distribution of particle mass concentration and the variation characteristics of pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the bends. The results show that it is better to install two-phase flow sharing plates in the bends than to install the diversion plates / delta wing baffles. It can not only make the gas-solid two-phase uniform distribution, but also effectively reduce the pressure resistance of the system, and overcome the shortcomings of the conventional gas-solid two-phase flow sharing device, such as poor gas-solid two-phase flow sharing effect and large resistance. Under the condition of low pressure resistance, the problem of non-uniform gas-solid two-phase mixing at the inlet of flue gas pollutant removal system in coal-fired power plant is solved, and the efficiency of pollutant removal is improved effectively.
