【摘要】：城市化進程的迅猛發(fā)展使資源環(huán)境面臨巨大威脅,資源環(huán)境問題越來越成為阻礙我國城市群發(fā)展的瓶頸�；趬毫Α獱顟B(tài)—響應(yīng)(PSR)的資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度評價模型,運用協(xié)調(diào)度分析法對2006—2014年中原城市群所轄9個中心城市的資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了計算和評價,以此來分析我國城市群面臨的發(fā)展問題。結(jié)果表明:(1)中原城市群9個地區(qū)性中心城市2006—2014年各市協(xié)調(diào)程度處于中度協(xié)調(diào)、初等協(xié)調(diào)、瀕臨失調(diào)和中度失調(diào)狀態(tài),各市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與資源環(huán)境狀況不容樂觀;(2)2006—2009年各市基本上處于中度失調(diào)、瀕臨失調(diào)與初等協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài),總體發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)程度不高,還未能達到協(xié)同發(fā)展的狀態(tài),而洛陽、焦作、許昌、漯河協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展情況較差,已達到中度失調(diào)狀態(tài);2010年開始出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)折點,各市均已脫離中度失調(diào)狀態(tài);(3)2010—2014年各市處于瀕臨失調(diào)、初等協(xié)調(diào)和中度協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài),協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r有所改善。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the resources and environment are facing a great threat. The problem of resources and environment is becoming the bottleneck that hinders the development of urban agglomeration in China. The evaluation model of coordination degree of resources and environment based on pressure-state-response (PSRs) is proposed in this paper. This paper calculates and evaluates the coordinated development of resources and environment in nine central cities under the jurisdiction of Central Plains Urban agglomeration from 2006 to 2014 by using the method of coordination degree analysis. The result shows that the coordination degree of nine regional central cities of Central Plains urban agglomeration from 2006 to 2014 is moderate and primary coordination. On the verge of maladjustment and moderate maladjustment, the economic development and resources and environment of each city are not optimistic; From 2006 to 2009, the cities were basically in a moderate state of maladjustment, on the verge of maladjustment and primary coordination, the overall level of development coordination was not high, and the state of coordinated development had not been reached, while Luoyang, Jiaozuo. Xuchang, Luohe coordinated development is poor, has reached a moderate state of imbalance; In 2010, a turning point began to appear, all cities have been out of the state of moderate imbalance; In 2010-2014, cities were on the verge of maladjustment, primary and moderate coordination, and coordinated development improved.
