改性稻草秸稈—高嶺土復(fù)合材料的制備及其吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)每年可生產(chǎn)大量的秸稈,但其利用率極低,大多將其直接焚燒或閑置在農(nóng)田。不僅未能對(duì)可再生農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物資源進(jìn)行合理的循環(huán)利用,而且還對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了嚴(yán)重的威脅。因此,以秸稈為原料來(lái)制備新型、高效、低成本的水處理劑;可以實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的回收利用,達(dá)到“變廢為寶”的目的。本文以稻草秸稈為原料,對(duì)其進(jìn)行堿化、醚化改性處理,并與高嶺土進(jìn)行熱插層復(fù)合,成功制備出性能穩(wěn)定,環(huán)境友好,成本低廉的新型水處理材料。研究其對(duì)Cu2+及亞甲基藍(lán)(MB)廢水的處理能力,結(jié)果顯示改性秸稈-高嶺土新型水處理材料是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的高效吸附劑,有望在含重金屬、染料廢水領(lǐng)域得到廣泛地應(yīng)用。研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)采用氫氧化鈉對(duì)天然稻草秸稈進(jìn)行堿化改性處理,并將堿化改性秸稈與高嶺土進(jìn)行熱插層復(fù)合,制得復(fù)合水處理材料(A)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)堿化改性秸稈:高嶺土=1:4, d=4g/L, pH=5.0, T=25℃, CCu2+=100mg/L, t=1h的條件下,堿化改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料對(duì)銅離子的吸附率高達(dá)90%。經(jīng)擬合后發(fā)現(xiàn),復(fù)合水處理材料的吸附行為符合Langmuir模型和偽二級(jí)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。堿化改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料的平衡吸附量約為60mg/g。(2)采用一氯乙酸、氫氧化鈉對(duì)天然稻草秸稈進(jìn)行羧甲基改性處理,并將羧甲基改性秸稈與高嶺土進(jìn)行熱插層復(fù)合,制得復(fù)合水處理材料(B)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)羧甲基改性秸稈:高嶺土=2:1, d=5g/L, pH=5.0, T=25℃, CCu2+=150mg/L, t=1h的條件下,羧甲基改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料對(duì)銅離子的吸附率高達(dá)99%。經(jīng)擬合后發(fā)現(xiàn),復(fù)合水處理材料的吸附行為符合Langmuir模型和偽二級(jí)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。羧甲基改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料的平衡吸附量約為243mg/g。(3)采用3-氯-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨、氫氧化鈉對(duì)天然稻草秸稈進(jìn)行季銨化改性處理,并將季銨化改性秸稈與高嶺土進(jìn)行熱插層復(fù)合,制得復(fù)合水處理材料(C)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)季銨化改性秸稈:高嶺土=1:2, d=2g/L, pH=7.0, T=25℃, CMB=50mg/L, t=1h的條件下,季銨化改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)(MB)的吸附率高達(dá)90%。經(jīng)擬合后發(fā)現(xiàn),復(fù)合水處理材料的吸附行為符合Langmuir模型和偽二級(jí)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。季銨化改性秸稈-高嶺土復(fù)合水處理材料的平衡吸附量約為60mg/g。
[Abstract]:China's agriculture can produce a large number of straw every year, but its utilization rate is very low, most of them are burned directly or idle in farmland. It also poses a serious threat to the ecological environment. Therefore, straw is used as raw material to prepare new, efficient and low-cost water treatment agent. In this paper, straw straw is used as raw material, it is alkalized, modified by etherification, and combined with kaolin by hot intercalation. A new type of water treatment material with stable performance, environmental friendliness and low cost was successfully prepared. The treatment capacity of Cu2 and methylene blue MBs wastewater was studied. The results show that the new water treatment material of modified straw and kaolin is a kind of high quality and high efficiency adsorbent, which is expected to contain heavy metals. The research contents are as follows: sodium hydroxide is used to treat natural straw by alkali modification, and the alkali modified straw is intercalated with kaolin by hot intercalation.
