【摘要】:化學(xué)混凝是水污染治理的重要舉措,綠色環(huán)保絮凝劑的研發(fā)是積極推進(jìn)該技術(shù)推廣和應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。本研究分別以花生殼和淀粉為原料,開(kāi)展了綠色絮凝劑的制備,并評(píng)價(jià)了其絮凝特性。首先以花生殼為原料,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨(DMC)為改性劑,過(guò)硫酸鉀為引發(fā)劑,對(duì)花生殼中的纖維素進(jìn)行改性,制備了季銨鹽陽(yáng)離子纖維素絮凝劑。研究了反應(yīng)時(shí)間,p H和DMC/花生殼質(zhì)量比對(duì)其絮凝性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,酸性環(huán)境下,DMC/花生殼質(zhì)量比為2,反應(yīng)時(shí)間5 h,所研制的絮凝劑在室溫酸性環(huán)境下具有良好的絮凝性能。此外,絮凝劑用量,p H值,反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)絮凝效果也存在較為顯著的影響。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于20 g/L的高嶺土懸浮液,當(dāng)絮凝劑濃度為2.5 g/L,p H為1,溫度為70℃時(shí),具有較好的絮凝效果。其次,以淀粉為原料,開(kāi)展了甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨(DMC)對(duì)淀粉接枝改性的研究,制備了季銨鹽陽(yáng)離子淀粉絮凝劑。研究了淀粉與DMC質(zhì)量比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、引發(fā)劑用量對(duì)絮凝劑接枝率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明最佳制備工藝參數(shù)為:DMC與淀粉質(zhì)量比1:1.5、反應(yīng)溫度70℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間3 h、引發(fā)劑用量占反應(yīng)物總致量的7%、p H為4。同時(shí),研究了其對(duì)高嶺土溶液的處置性能,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,p H為4時(shí)、絮凝劑用量1.5g/L時(shí)透過(guò)率最高為88.9%;p H為7時(shí)絮凝劑用量1.5 g/L時(shí)透過(guò)率最高83.2%;p H為10時(shí)絮凝劑用量2 g/L時(shí)透過(guò)率最高為70.3%。改性淀粉絮凝劑有較寬的p H作用區(qū)間。
[Abstract]:Chemical coagulation is an important measure to control water pollution, development of green flocculant is to actively promote the key technology popularization and application. In this study peanut shell and starch as raw materials, carry out green flocculant preparation, and to evaluate its flocculation characteristics. Firstly, with peanut shell as raw material, methyl acryloyl oxygen three ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as modifier, potassium persulfate as initiator of peanut shell cellulose modified quaternary ammonium cationic cellulose flocculant was prepared. The effect of reaction time, P H and DMC/ peanut shell quality than its flocculation properties. The results showed that under acidic environment peanut shell, DMC/ quality ratio is 2, the reaction time is 5 h, the flocculant has good flocculation performance at room temperature under acidic environment. In addition, dosage of flocculant, P value of H, the reaction temperature has a significant influence on the flocculation effect. Show that for kaolin suspension 20 g/L, when the flocculant concentration was 2.5 g/L, P H 1, the temperature is 70 degrees centigrade, have good flocculation effect. Secondly, using starch as raw material, carried out three methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) on modified starch graft, season ammonium cationic starch flocculant were prepared on starch and DMC mass ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, initiator dosage on the grafting rate of flocculant. The experimental results show that the optimal preparation parameters for the DMC and the mass ratio of starch to 1:1.5, the reaction temperature is 70 DEG C, the reaction time is 3 h, the dosage of initiator for reaction the total amount of 7% to 4. H P, at the same time, the research on kaolin solution disposal performance, experimental results show that the P H is 4, dosage of flocculant 1.5g/L through the highest rate of 88.9%; P H 7 g/L 1.5 dosage of flocculant through the highest rate of 83.2%; P H was 10 when the dosage of flocculant 2 g/L The highest transmittance of 70.3%. modified starch flocculant has a wider range of P H action.
