【摘要】：正11月4日,在京舉行的十二屆全國人大常委會第24次會議舉行聯(lián)組會議,結(jié)合審議全國人大常委會執(zhí)法檢查組關(guān)于檢查《中華人民共和國環(huán)境保護(hù)法》實施情況的報告進(jìn)行專題詢問,國務(wù)院有關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人到會應(yīng)詢。國土資源部部長姜大明在回答關(guān)于土壤污染對我國糧食安全影響有關(guān)詢問時表示,國土資源部將會同有關(guān)部門,積極配合全國人大做好受污染土地治理和用途管控的立法工作,同時加強有關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:On November 4th, the 24th meeting of the standing Committee of the 12 National people's Congress held a joint group meeting in Beijing. In connection with the examination of the report of the Law Enforcement Inspection Unit of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on the inspection of the implementation of the Environmental Protection Law of the people's Republic of China. Jiang Daming, director of the Ministry of Land and Resources, said in response to an inquiry about the impact of soil pollution on China's food security that the Ministry of Land and Resources would work together with the relevant departments. We will actively cooperate with the National people's Congress in the legislative work on the treatment and control of contaminated land and strengthen the construction of the relevant technical standard system.
