【摘要】:我國(guó)的市政污泥產(chǎn)量龐大、成分復(fù)雜,其中有機(jī)物的高含量致使其極易腐敗,產(chǎn)生惡臭,從而造成嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境二次污染。隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快和污水處理率的提高,以及環(huán)保認(rèn)識(shí)的深入,污泥的處理已成為我國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)中面臨的日益緊迫和嚴(yán)峻的問(wèn)題。深井曝氣是利用潛置于地下的豎向反應(yīng)器對(duì)污泥進(jìn)行超深水好氧消化的一種高效活性污泥工藝,具有污泥VSS去除率高、污泥水力停留時(shí)間短的、病原菌滅活率高、占地使用面積小等優(yōu)勢(shì),近年來(lái)備受國(guó)內(nèi)污泥處理行業(yè)的關(guān)注。自上世紀(jì)七八十年代開(kāi)始在歐美等城市得到推廣和應(yīng)用,我國(guó)目前還沒(méi)有關(guān)于深井曝氣法處理污泥工藝的工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例。本課題組依托中國(guó)西北某污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)建造的城市污水污泥深井曝氣中試系統(tǒng),分別采用批式和半連續(xù)運(yùn)行方式,試驗(yàn)污泥深井曝氣條件對(duì)系統(tǒng)中揮發(fā)性懸浮固體(VSS)、溫度、pH、ORP、污泥比阻、DHA和病原菌等影響,探討相關(guān)運(yùn)行條件對(duì)深井反應(yīng)器內(nèi)溫度提升、病原菌滅活、污泥脫水性能以及污泥VSS去除率的影響,以獲得消化反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)最適宜運(yùn)行條件,力求通過(guò)該中試研究探討在中國(guó)開(kāi)展深井曝氣處理城市污水廠污泥的可行性。研究結(jié)果表明:在曝氣曝氣量為1.5~1.8 L/(h?L污泥),進(jìn)泥含水率在94.5~95.5%之間,進(jìn)泥有機(jī)份含量為55~65%的運(yùn)行條件下,深井曝氣中試系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行到第18d時(shí)一級(jí)反應(yīng)區(qū)溫度能達(dá)到50.8℃,溫度升高有助于VSS去除率提高,病原菌在此溫度條件下的滅活率能夠達(dá)到百分之百,同時(shí)污泥脫水性能受高溫影響較大;研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)適宜的曝氣量能取得較好的去除效果,對(duì)于VSS濃度為38.5g/L的污泥曝氣量取1.5~1.8 L/(h·L污泥)為宜,VSS的去除率可達(dá)到40.1%;除此之外,反應(yīng)器中不僅有好氧菌,還存在厭氧菌和兼性菌,微氧環(huán)境更有利于VSS的降解,ORP最低為-256 mV;研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)反應(yīng)體系COD與DHA呈下降趨勢(shì),高溫好氧條件能使污泥不再具備生物活性能力同時(shí)促進(jìn)COD消耗,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥穩(wěn)定的良好效果;污泥深井曝氣中試系統(tǒng)并不是嚴(yán)格意義上的“自升溫”,使其高溫狀態(tài)的部分熱量來(lái)源于空壓機(jī)所提供的壓縮空氣帶來(lái)的熱量。
[Abstract]:The production of municipal sludge in our country is huge and the composition is complex. The high content of organic matter makes it easy to corrupt and produce stench. With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of sewage treatment rate in China, as well as the in-depth understanding of environmental protection. The treatment of sludge has become an increasingly urgent and severe problem in environmental protection in our country. Deep well aeration is a highly efficient activated sludge process for ultraldepth aerobic digestion of sludge using vertical submerged reactor. . It has the advantages of high removal rate of sludge VSS, short hydraulic retention time of sludge, high inactivation rate of pathogenic bacteria, small area of use and so on. In recent years, sludge treatment industry has attracted much attention in China. Since 0th century, it has been popularized and applied in Europe and America. At present, there are no engineering application examples of deep well aeration process for sludge treatment in China. The pilot aeration test system for urban sewage sludge in deep well is designed and built by our team based on a sewage treatment plant in northwest China. The effects of sludge deep well aeration conditions on volatile suspended solids (VSS), pH value (pH = ORP), sludge specific resistance (DHA) and pathogenic bacteria were tested by batch and semi-continuous operation respectively. In order to obtain the most suitable operation conditions of digestion reaction system, the effects of operation conditions on temperature rise, pathogen inactivation, sludge dewatering performance and sludge VSS removal rate in deep well reactor were discussed. The feasibility of deep well aeration for sludge treatment of municipal wastewater treatment plant in China is explored through the pilot study. The results show that the aeration rate is 1.5 ~ (1.8) L / L ~ (-1) 路h ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1)?
