美托洛爾在沉積物與活性污泥上的吸附行為

【摘要】:β-受體阻滯劑美托洛爾是最常用的臨床治療高血壓藥物,隨生活污水進入污水處理系統(tǒng)后難以完全去除而影響生態(tài)環(huán)境,吸附是去除美托洛爾的有效方法之一.為評估美托洛爾在不同介質(zhì)上的吸附行為,采用批平衡處理方法,分別探討了吸附時間、初始濃度、溶液p H值、溫度等條件下美托洛爾在污水處理廠活性污泥、珠江沉積物和湖泊沉積物上吸附行為.結(jié)果表明,3種吸附介質(zhì)對美托洛爾的吸附過程均表現(xiàn)為先快速后緩慢的趨勢,吸附平衡時間約為4 h且不受初始濃度的影響;酸性條件促進美托洛爾在介質(zhì)上的吸附,離子強度的增大會抑制美托洛爾的吸附;美托洛爾在3種吸附介質(zhì)上的動力學吸附過程符合偽二級動力學吸附模型,吸附常數(shù)為11.63—66.74 mg·(μg·min)~(-1).吸附過程包括物理吸附與化學吸附且以化學吸附為主,吸附反應(yīng)比顆粒擴散、液膜擴散對吸附的影響更為顯著,是反應(yīng)的控制步驟.由于吸附介質(zhì)的陽離子交換量和有機質(zhì)含量的不同,3種吸附介質(zhì)對美托洛爾的吸附等溫線符合不同的擬合模型;熱力學實驗表明不同介質(zhì)對美托洛爾吸附均為自發(fā)的放熱反應(yīng).研究結(jié)果可為美托洛爾在天然環(huán)境中的去除技術(shù)和環(huán)境風險評價提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐.
[Abstract]:Beta blockers Mei TORO M is the most commonly used drugs for the treatment of hypertension, with the sewage into the sewage treatment system is difficult to completely remove the influence of ecological environment, the adsorption is one of the effective methods to remove Mei TORO M. Mei TORO M to assess the effects of media on the adsorption behavior, using batch processing method, discussed the adsorption time, initial the concentration of P solution, H value, temperature and other conditions in Mei TORO M sewage treatment plant activated sludge, adsorption of sediment from the Pearl River and lake sediments. The results show that the adsorption process of 3 kinds of media on adsorption of dexmedetomidine showed in rapid slow trend, the adsorption equilibrium time is about 4 h and is not affected by the initial concentration Mei TORO M; acidic conditions promote adsorption on the medium, the increase of the ionic strength can inhibit the adsorption of Mei TORO M Mei TORO M; in 3 kinds of adsorption on the medium Kinetics of adsorption process followed the pseudo two order kinetics model of adsorption, the adsorption constant of 11.63 - 66.74 Mg (G - min) ~ (-1). The adsorption process includes physical adsorption and chemical adsorption and chemical adsorption, the adsorption reaction than particle diffusion, film diffusion effect on adsorption is more significant, is the controlling step of the reaction due to the adsorption medium. Cation exchange capacity and organic matter content of different adsorption isotherms of 3 kinds of media on adsorption of Mei TORO M with different models; thermodynamic experiments show that different media on the Mei TORO M adsorption are spontaneous exothermic reaction. The results can provide data support for Mei TORO M in natural environment of removal technology and environment risk assessment.
