【摘要】:通過(guò)批式試驗(yàn)研究了低溫?zé)崽幚韺?duì)餐廚垃圾與剩余污泥混合厭氧發(fā)酵的影響。結(jié)果表明,低溫?zé)崽幚砜梢源龠M(jìn)有機(jī)質(zhì)的溶出,提高厭氧發(fā)酵前期產(chǎn)甲烷速率;混合厭氧發(fā)酵能提高有機(jī)質(zhì)利用率和甲烷產(chǎn)率。低溫?zé)崽幚砘旌蠀捬醢l(fā)酵基質(zhì),甲烷產(chǎn)率及厭氧發(fā)酵前期的產(chǎn)甲烷速率隨著熱處理時(shí)間及溫度的增加而增加。在70℃下熱處理30 min,混合基質(zhì)發(fā)酵的甲烷產(chǎn)率為220.3 m L/g VS,較剩余污泥單獨(dú)厭氧發(fā)酵提高了111.1%;最大產(chǎn)甲烷速率為30.8 m L/(g VS·d),較未經(jīng)預(yù)處理的混合基質(zhì)發(fā)酵提高了6.6%。
[Abstract]:The effects of low temperature heat treatment on mixed anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste and excess sludge were studied by batch test. The results showed that low temperature heat treatment could promote the dissolution of organic matter and increase methane production rate in the early stage of anaerobic fermentation. Mixed anaerobic fermentation can improve the utilization of organic matter and methane yield. Methane yield and methanogenic rate in the early stage of anaerobic fermentation increased with the increase of heat treatment time and temperature, and were treated at 70 鈩,
