【摘要】:污泥是污水處理過程中不可避免的產(chǎn)物。生產(chǎn)廢水處理過程中產(chǎn)生大量污泥,成分復雜、處理困難,簡單的填埋和焚燒不僅處理成本高,容易造成二次污染,且浪費了巨大的資源。利用污泥制備吸附劑,在資源合理利用的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)污泥有效處理,且有效降低處理成本。實驗采用遼河油田某采油廠污水處理廠除油罐沉降的初沉污泥為原料制備對水中油類污染物質(zhì)具有吸附性能的污泥吸附劑,并應(yīng)用于該污水廠的采油污水處理。實驗采用化學活化法,通過實驗確定效果最好的活化劑為ZnCl_2。正交試驗確定了ZnCl_2溶液為活化劑時,各制備條件對吸附劑吸附油類污染物質(zhì)的效果影響的順序為:活化劑溶液濃度固液比活化時間活化溫度,又通過單因素實驗探討了各項制備條件對吸附劑處理效果的影響?紤]制備成本以及制備條件變化對水中油類污染物吸附去除效果的影響程度,最終確定了ZnCl_2為活化劑制備污泥吸附劑的最優(yōu)條件為活化劑溶液濃度5.Omol/L,固液比1:1.5,活化溫度450℃,活化時間2.0h,對水中油類物質(zhì)去除率達94.61%。實驗采用ASAP2020物理吸附儀對制得的污泥吸附劑進行比表面積和孔隙分析,最優(yōu)條件制得的吸附劑的BET比表面積為316.0882m~2/g,。且通過對比表面積及孔隙分布情況的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該樣品的比表面積分布在孔徑在10-50A的比表面積相對較大,其吸附滯后曲線的線型接近B型,分析可知該吸附劑的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)近似為具有平板結(jié)構(gòu)的夾縫孔,可見該孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)對水中油類污染物質(zhì)有較好的去除效果。
[Abstract]:Sludge is the inevitable product of the sewage treatment process. Produce large amounts of sludge, wastewater treatment process of complex components, processing difficulties, simple landfill and incineration treatment not only high cost, easy to cause two pollution, and a huge waste of resources. The prepared sorbent utilization of sludge, realize effective sludge treatment based on rational utilization resources, and reduce the processing cost. The sewage treatment plant of Liaohe oilfield oil production plant in addition to tank settlement of primary sludge was prepared on adsorption performance of oil in water pollution of sludge adsorbent and its application in oil production sewage treatment sewage treatment plant. The experiment using chemical activation method, to determine the best effect the activator is ZnCl_2. orthogonal test to determine the ZnCl_2 solution as the activating agent through the experiment, the effect of preparation conditions on the adsorption effect of the order of the oil pollutants As the activator concentration solid-liquid ratio, activation temperature and activation time, were studied through single factor experiment of the preparation conditions on the treatment effect of adsorbent. Considering the cost of preparation and preparation conditions on the adsorption of contaminants in water influence removal efficiency, and ultimately determine the optimal condition for preparation of ZnCl_2 sludge adsorbent agent for the activation of activator concentration 5.Omol/L, solid-liquid ratio 1:1.5, activation temperature of 450 DEG C, the activation time of 2.0h, the oil removal rate of 94.61%. substances in water using ASAP2020 physisorption apparatus to prepared sludge adsorbent for specific surface area and pore analysis, the optimal conditions of the prepared adsorbent than BET the surface area is 316.0882m~2/g. And through comparative analysis of surface area and pore size distribution, the specific surface area of the sample distribution in the aperture in the specific surface area of 10-50A is relatively large, the adsorption The linear form of the hysteresis curve is close to the B type. The pore structure of the adsorbent is similar to the slit hole with a flat structure, which shows that the pore structure has a good removal effect on the oil pollutants in the water.
