【摘要】：發(fā)展是人類永恒的追求,人類社會從低級到高級的演變都是歷經一步步發(fā)展而來的,在這過程中,遵循何種發(fā)展理念,選擇怎么的發(fā)展道路是人類所一直探索的問題。進入工業(yè)文明以來,資本主義生產方式的確立,生產力水平的極大提高,人類對自然的索取與日俱增,人類在改造與征服自然的過程中,忽視了對自然的尊重和保護,逐漸脫離了人與自然和諧共處的狀態(tài),出現(xiàn)了單向的人類主宰自然進而破壞自然的情形。尤其進入二十世紀之后,人與自然的矛盾愈演愈烈,由于人類破壞造成的生態(tài)問題日益突出,逐漸發(fā)展成為全球性生態(tài)危機,這也引起了人們對現(xiàn)有發(fā)展方式的反思。生態(tài)倫理思想就是在此基礎上發(fā)展起來的,它從倫理的角度探索人與自然間的關系,呼吁人類應當承擔起對自然的責任與義務,以此推動人與自然的再次和諧發(fā)展,綠色發(fā)展則是與生態(tài)倫理相契合的發(fā)展道路,綠色發(fā)展要求人類在自身發(fā)展中考慮自然的影響因素,尋求在人與自然和諧共生的基礎上實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展。透過生態(tài)倫理的視角來分析綠色發(fā)展,是倫理觀與發(fā)展觀的結合,可以進一步論證綠色發(fā)展所包含的內容及可行性,進而在實踐中推動綠色發(fā)展的深化,促進人類文明的持續(xù)發(fā)展,也為中國發(fā)展提供支持。全文從生態(tài)倫理思想入手,以生態(tài)倫理為理論視角,對綠色發(fā)展進行理論層面和實踐層面的探析,其中馬克思主義生態(tài)倫理思想對于生態(tài)倫理思想具有歷史超越性,因此是全文分析的基礎。綠色發(fā)展作為對生態(tài)危機的反思,已經成為國際社會的共識,是對可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的發(fā)展和深化,從生態(tài)倫理角度來思考,其內涵地包括了和諧發(fā)展、全面發(fā)展、協(xié)調發(fā)展、永續(xù)發(fā)展和人本發(fā)展的內容。通過生態(tài)倫理視角對當今國際社會綠色發(fā)展實踐的分析,可以看出綠色發(fā)展在公民生態(tài)意識和生態(tài)參與的提升、各國共同履行義務以及社會制度變革等方面仍有很長的路要走。全文最后落腳于全面深化改革進程中的中國,綠色發(fā)展可謂是中國發(fā)展的必然選擇,因此要遵循生態(tài)倫理理念,繼續(xù)在意識轉變、制度建設和發(fā)展訴求等方面堅持深化的步伐,實現(xiàn)更好更快更持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Development is the eternal pursuit of human beings, the evolution of human society from the lower level to the higher level is through a step by step development, in this process, what kind of development concept to follow. Since entering the industrial civilization, the establishment of capitalist mode of production, the great improvement of productivity, and the increasing demand for nature by human beings. In the process of transforming and conquering nature, human beings neglect the respect and protection of nature, and gradually break away from the state of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Since 20th century, the contradiction between man and nature has intensified, and the ecological problems caused by human destruction have become increasingly prominent. The gradual development into a global ecological crisis, which also caused people to reflect on the existing way of development. Ecological ethics is based on this development, it explores the relationship between man and nature from the perspective of ethics. Call on human beings to take on the responsibility and obligation of nature, so as to promote the harmonious development of human and nature again, green development is the development path in line with ecological ethics. Green development requires that human beings consider the influence factors of nature in their own development, and seek to realize sustainable development on the basis of harmonious symbiosis between human beings and nature, and analyze green development from the perspective of ecological ethics. It is the combination of ethics and development view, which can further demonstrate the content and feasibility of green development, and then promote the deepening of green development in practice, and promote the sustainable development of human civilization. It also provides support for the development of China. From the perspective of ecological ethics, this paper analyzes the theory and practice of green development from the perspective of ecological ethics. The Marxist ecological ethics thought has the historical transcendence to the ecological ethics thought, therefore is the basis of the full text analysis. Green development, as the reflection of the ecological crisis, has become the consensus of the international community. It is the development and deepening of the concept of sustainable development, from the perspective of ecological ethics, its connotation includes harmonious development, comprehensive development, coordinated development. The content of sustainable development and human-oriented development. Through the analysis of the green development practice in the international society from the perspective of ecological ethics, we can see that the green development in the promotion of citizen's ecological consciousness and ecological participation. There is still a long way to go in the joint implementation of obligations and social system changes. The full text of the final settlement in the overall deepening of the process of reform in China, green development is an inevitable choice for China's development. Therefore, we should follow the concept of ecological ethics, continue to adhere to the pace of deepening in the aspects of consciousness transformation, system construction and development demands, so as to achieve better, faster and more sustainable development.
