南水北調東線駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻種群變化與環(huán)境因子研究

【摘要】:鼓藻類隸屬于綠藻門,是綠藻門中一個種類非常豐富的類群。鼓藻類對水環(huán)境,尤其是水體理化指標的變化很敏感,是水體水質狀況的重要指示生物,在水生生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和水環(huán)境監(jiān)測中具有重要作用。駱馬湖和東平湖作為南水北調東線工程重要的蓄水湖泊,其水質優(yōu)劣對東線調水水質具有重要的影響。對駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻類進行調查和研究,豐富了兩湖泊鼓藻類的研究,可為今后進一步探討鼓藻種群演替提供借鑒和參考,同時為鼓藻類在水生態(tài)監(jiān)測中的應用提供了理論依據(jù)。本文對駱馬湖和東平湖的鼓藻類進行了三年(2011年3月-2013年5月)的連續(xù)監(jiān)測,針對兩湖泊鼓藻種群構成、藻細胞密度以及環(huán)境因子與鼓藻分布的相關性進行了調查和初步分析,并對兩湖泊鼓藻分布特征進行了對比分析。研究結論如下:(1)駱馬湖和東平湖共檢出鼓藻1科3屬16種。駱馬湖檢出鼓藻3屬15種,包括新月藻屬3種,鼓藻屬9種,角星鼓藻屬3種。東平湖檢出鼓藻3屬7種,包括新月藻屬1種,鼓藻屬5種,角星鼓藻屬1種。鼓藻屬為兩湖泊鼓藻種類的主要組成部分。(2)駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻種群呈現(xiàn)相似的季節(jié)變化規(guī)律,夏季和秋季鼓藻檢出頻率大于其他季節(jié)。駱馬湖各監(jiān)測點鼓藻細胞密度變化范圍為0~45.8×104cells·L-1,最大值出現(xiàn)在2012年8月S5監(jiān)測點。東平湖各監(jiān)測點鼓藻細胞密度變化范圍為0-17.4×104 cells·L-1,最大值出現(xiàn)在2012年11月N3監(jiān)測點。(3)利用典范對應分析(Canonical correspondence analysis,CCA)及皮爾遜相關性分析(Pearson correlation analysis)研究駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻種群結構與環(huán)境因子之間的相關性,影響駱馬湖鼓藻種群分布的主要環(huán)境因子是透明度(Trans)和氨氮(NH4+-N).影響東平湖鼓藻種群分布的主要環(huán)境因子是總氮(TN)和pH。(4)駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻在分布特征、環(huán)境驅動因子等方面存在一定的差異。東平湖鼓藻檢出頻率明顯低于駱馬湖。溫度(Temp).氨氮(NH4+-N)和總氮(TN)與駱馬湖和東平湖鼓藻種群都具有顯著的相關關系,水體pH值與東平湖鼓藻細胞密度具有顯著的相關關系,水體透明度(Trans)與駱馬湖鼓藻細胞密度有顯著的相關關系。(5)駱馬湖和東平湖檢出的鼓藻中,大部分種類為貧營養(yǎng)水體的指示種,但檢出頻率低。表明兩湖泊水體呈現(xiàn)一定程度的富營養(yǎng)化,不具備多數(shù)鼓藻種類生長的適宜條件。
[Abstract]:Drum algae belong to the phylum Chlorophyta and are a very rich species in the phylum Chlorophyta. They are sensitive to the changes of water environment especially the physical and chemical indexes of water body and are important indicators of water quality. Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake are important water storage lakes in the East Route of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The water quality of Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake is investigated and studied, which enriches the study of the two lakes. It can be used for reference and reference in the future. At the same time, it provides a theoretical basis for the application of the algae in the monitoring of water ecology. In this paper, three years of continuous monitoring of the algae in Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake (March 2011 to May 2013) have been carried out. The relationship between the population composition, cell density and environmental factors of the two lakes and the distribution of the algae were investigated and preliminarily analyzed. The distribution characteristics of the algae in the two lakes were compared and analyzed. The results are as follows: 1) in Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake, 16 species in 1 family, 3 genera and 3 genera were detected in Luoma Lake, and 15 species in 3 genera in Luoma Lake. There are 3 species of the genus Crocellaria, 9 species of the genus Drum, 3 species of the genus Corydophyta, 7 species of the 3 genera, including 1 species of the genus Cinceopsis and 5 species of the genus Drum in Dongping Lake. One species of the genus Corydophyta, which is the main component of the two lake species.) the population of Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake shows a similar seasonal variation pattern. The frequency of algae detection in summer and autumn was higher than that in other seasons, and the cell density varied from 45.8 脳 10 ~ 4 cells 路L ~ (-1) to 45.8 脳 10 ~ (4) cells 路L ~ (-1) in Luoma Lake. The maximum value appeared at S5 monitoring site on August 2012. The cell density varied from 0 to 17. 4 脳 10 ~ 4 cells 路L ~ (-1) in Dongping Lake. The maximum value appeared at the N3 monitoring point in November 2012.) canonical correspondence analysis was used for canonical correspondence analysis. CCAs and Pearson correlation analysis were used to study the correlation between the population structure and environmental factors in Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake. The main environmental factors affecting the population distribution of Chlorophyta in Luoma Lake were Transtransparency) and NH _ 4-N _ 4. The main environmental factors affecting the population distribution of Dunping Lake were total nitrogen (TNN) and total nitrogen (TNN). And pH.4) the distribution characteristics of the algae in Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake. There are some differences in environmental driving factors, such as the frequency of detection of Dunping Lake is obviously lower than that of Loma Lake, the temperature of Tempan, NH _ 4-N) and total nitrogen (TNN) are significantly lower than those of Loma Lake. There was a significant correlation between the algal population of Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake. There was a significant correlation between pH and cell density in Dongping Lake. There was a significant correlation between transparency and cell density in Luoma Lake. 5) most of the species were indicators of poor nutrition in Luoma Lake and Dongping Lake. However, the detection frequency was low, which indicated that the water bodies of the two lakes showed eutrophication to a certain extent and did not possess the suitable conditions for the growth of most of the algae species.
