【摘要】:離子交換技術(shù)在對(duì)含重金屬工業(yè)廢水進(jìn)行深度凈化的同時(shí),還能實(shí)現(xiàn)各種重金屬的資源化回收。然而離子交換法在治理含鉻廢水的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中仍存在下述不足:(1)弱堿型陰離子交換劑在使用過程中需轉(zhuǎn)為Cl型,導(dǎo)致回收液中氯離子含量增加,返廠電鍍時(shí)對(duì)鉻鍍層質(zhì)量有較大影響。(2)弱堿型陰離子交換劑可吸附一定量的Cr3+、Fe3+等陽離子(吸附量約為1.5mmol/g),再生時(shí)易形成不溶物或與陰離子吸附材料形成螯合物,從而導(dǎo)致其交換容量下降。實(shí)驗(yàn)室前期研究中也發(fā)現(xiàn)腈綸(PAN)基多胺纖維轉(zhuǎn)為Cl型,會(huì)導(dǎo)致鉻酸回收液中的Cl-濃度偏高(CCl-"g2 g/L);處理后的廢水呈弱酸性(p H≈3),無法直接達(dá)標(biāo)排放;谏鲜鲈,本文采用PAN基多胺纖維處理工業(yè)含鉻廢水,并對(duì)多柱串聯(lián)工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。系統(tǒng)研究了六價(jià)鉻的凈化與回收,初步探討了纖維的“污染”機(jī)理,為Cr(VI)的資源化治理提供一個(gè)可供選擇的新方法。主要研究內(nèi)容為:(1)通過將PAN基多胺纖維部分轉(zhuǎn)型的方法優(yōu)化多柱串聯(lián)工藝,以及利用纖維對(duì)Cr(VI)、SO42-、Cl-吸附選擇性的差異,實(shí)現(xiàn)鉻酸回收液中Cr(VI)高度富集和SO42-、Cl-離子選擇性濾除。結(jié)果表明,該工藝不僅可以明顯減少鹽酸的用量(用量為原來的1/9),有效降低回收液中Cl-含量(約0.04 g/L),還使得穿透前(CCr(VI)"f0.1 mg/L)出水p H值接近中性,可直接作為電鍍用水循環(huán)使用。(2)通過高濃度Na OH洗脫液重復(fù)套用方法,有效提高了Na OH利用率(節(jié)約了52%)及回收液中六價(jià)鉻濃度(約48g/L),為其在電鍍工序中的循環(huán)回用提供條件。(3)流速對(duì)吸附及再生影響較大。吸附流速為2m L/(g·min)時(shí),纖維飽和吸附量較大;再生速度為0.5m L/(g·min)~2m L/(g·min)之間,纖維再生較為完全。(4)多柱串聯(lián)優(yōu)化工藝穩(wěn)定性較好。經(jīng)過多次吸附再生循環(huán),PAN基多胺纖維對(duì)Cr(VI)的穿透吸附量基本保持不變,該六價(jià)鉻資源化治理工藝具有良好的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用前景。(5)以鹽酸溶液為纖維復(fù)蘇劑,系統(tǒng)考察了HCl溶液用量、濃度以及復(fù)蘇溫度、時(shí)間和流速等因素對(duì)纖維復(fù)蘇率的影響。結(jié)果表明:HCl溶液濃度為3mol/L,復(fù)蘇效果最好(復(fù)蘇率達(dá)95%以上)。
[Abstract]:Ion exchange technology for deep purification of industrial wastewater containing heavy metals, but also can realize the resource recycling of various heavy metals. However, the application of ion exchange method in treatment of wastewater containing chromium still exist in the following problems: (1) weakly basic anion exchange agent used in Cheng Zhongxu to Cl, resulting in the increase of chloride ion in liquid in the recovery, return to factory plating has a great influence on the quality of chromium coating. (2) weakly basic anion exchange agent can absorb a certain amount of Cr3+, Fe3+ and other cations (adsorption capacity is about 1.5mmol/g), the regeneration is easy to form insoluble or anion adsorption material to form chelate, which leads to the exchange capacity decreased. The previous study also found in Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber polyamine to Cl type, it can cause high Cl- concentration of chromate in the recovery liquid (CCl- G2 g/L); the treated wastewater is acidic (P H = 3), no direct standard Discharge. Based on the above reasons, the treatment of industrial wastewater containing chromium PAN polyamine fibre, which is optimized for multi column series process. Six chromium purification and recovery system, discusses the fiber "pollution" mechanism, Cr (VI) provides a new method for the selection of resources governance. The main contents are as follows: (1) the PAN transformation part polyamine fiber method optimization of multi column series technique, and the use of Cr fiber (VI), SO42-, the difference of Cl- adsorption selectivity, achieve chromate in the recovery liquid Cr (VI) are highly enriched and SO42-. The results show that Cl- ion selective filter this process, not only can significantly reduce the amount of hydrochloric acid (the amount of 1/9 of the original), effectively reduce the content of Cl- in liquid recovery (about 0.04 g/L), also makes the penetration before (CCr (VI) F0.1 mg/L) P water H value close to neutral, can be directly used as electroplating water recycling by (2). High concentration Na OH eluent repeatedly apply the method, effectively improve the utilization rate of Na OH (save 52%) six chromium concentration and recovery (about 48g/L), to provide conditions to its circulation in electroplating process. (3) effect of flow rate on the adsorption and regeneration greatly. The adsorption rate was 2m L/ (G - min), fiber saturated adsorption capacity is bigger; regeneration rate of 0.5m L/ (g min) ~2m L/ (G - min), fiber regeneration more completely. (4) multi column series optimization process is stable. After several adsorption regeneration cycles, PAN polyamine fiber for Cr (VI). Adsorption capacity remained unchanged, the six chromium resource management technology has good prospects in industrial applications. (5) in hydrochloric acid solution for fiber recovery agent, the effect of the HCl solution concentration and dosage, recovery time and temperature, flow rate and other factors impact on the recovery rate of the fiber. The results showed that the concentration of HCl solution 3mol/L complex The Soviet Union had the best effect (the recovery rate was over 95%).
